I seriously doubt that Marina continued to laugh when she got home. The cut looked aging on her. So few look good with spiked hair. Her stylist looks cute with it, and that fact may have encouraged Marina to try the same cut. Mistake, IMO.
It was too similar to the stylists hair. An edgy undercut or skin fade would have given it a striking quality.
