The judge put them in recess because the jury hadnt been formally dismissed yet since they were sent home for the day to have these hearings. But the case is done, none of them have to come back. This is a dismissal WITH prejudice, that means he can NEVER be tried on these charges again. The jury wad already seated, trying him again would be double jeopardy. Hope that answers some questions you had!

Nope, you can see how angry she is. Especially when she is questioning the witnesses. The prosecutor intentionally withheld evidence from the defense. That is not allowed and it is not up her to decide what to hand over and if it’s relevant to the defense case, she has to give all of it to them
