Not really Jungfern'steig. Pronounce the steig to stieg. The 'i' comes first.

The video is pretty accurate but a bit rushed through. Yeah, it's focussed on the city center and nothing else beside Blankenese. It seemed to have a typo like it would be one word. Treppenviertel ("Stairs Quarter") is a neighbourhood in Blankenese which is a suburban quarter in the borough of Altona in the western part of Hamburg. Today it is widely known as one of Hamburg's most affluent and posh neighborhoods.
The main part is the city center that featured Speicherstadt (lit. Warehouse City, Speicher means warehouse or magazine) and HafenCity or Harbour City. HafenCity is a quarter in the borough of Hamburg-Mitte (Central Hamburg). It is located on the Elbe river island Grasbrook, on the former Port of Hamburg area. In a narrower sense, HafenCity Hamburg is a project of urban regeneration where the "Grosser Grasbrook" area of the former Hamburg free port is being revitalised with new hotels, shops, office buildings, and residential areas. The project is considered the largest urban redevelopment project in Europe by landmass (approximately 2.2 square kilometres (220 ha)). With the decreased economic importance of free ports in an era of European Union free trade, large container ships, and increased border security, the Hamburg free port was reduced in size, relieving the current HafenCity area of its restrictions. The ground-breaking ceremony was held on 20 June 2001, with the first quarter called "Am Dalmannkai/Sandtorkai" - next to the Elbphilharmonie - completed in 2009.
There are many attractions close together and in walkable distance. The famous Miniatur Wunderland (Miniature Wonderland) is located in several units of warehouses in the Speicherstadt. Everything mentioned in the video is well connected.and easy to get there. The Mönckebergstraße is a famous shopping street near Binnenalster (Inner Alster lake) and leads towards city hall (divided in municipality and state government) and Jungfernstieg (Maiden's promenade - the dating app of former centuries for upper class).

Well, if you want to visit "us" here in Hamburg in autumn or spring be aware that we here have the same weather as England has. We have a lot of rainy days here. Thats maybe why we have such good relations with England for centurys. We also have an Angelican Church here and a lot of British citizens. And we are hatching swans on the Alster for centurys. There exists a govement organization for taking care of the swans (they all belong to the city). There still exists an antique law (which ist still there since we are no longer a city state and no one toke care to abolish it) which charges you the death sentence if you kill a swan. Ofc they dont kill you but charge you a fee up to 25k €.

Either that is an AI generated video, or there is a voice actor at work who hasn't got the slightest clue what text he is reading: 0:53 "The former city state is built around the Elbow river"? 😂
And it continues with rather funny random pauses and arbitrarily placed stresses on syllables in perfectly normal English words. Also, not much of the text matches the images.
