Huge michigan fan I do believe he should be suspended pending trial and I also agree with you on the fact that crump should be the one charged for swinging the helmet I know our guy instigated something
Because there's a commonality in the Rabi Prosecutor having obvious UM bias. One kid pushes a football player at a football game, gets a misdemeanor charge of up to 1 year in prison because he's on MSU. The other kid is speeding without a drivers license, then found to have a gun without a CPL which is a felony, the actual incident is HIDDEN FROM THE PUBLIC for 2 months so this UM star player can play and go obtain a CPL. The charges for MSU players were held until basically the last game of the season to keep them suspended. That's why we're comparing them. 6 MSU players with misdemeanors vs 1 UM player with a felony - the UM player is going to the B1G championship, didn't miss a game. The MSU players missed 4 games.
Let it go to trial so the lawyers can call Hardballs to the stand and watch Rabi Eli Savet wield his power to screw the MSU program. Let it go to trial so we can mock UM and Ann Arbor for using potentially 1-year in jail for PUSHING a football player in a football tunnel, surrounded by security who did NOTHING. Boy it must have really been a horrible attack, watching UM security just stand by twiddling their thumbs. Armed cops just watching. BRING IT TO TRIAL. SO UM and HARDBALLS CAN BE MOCKED.
Comparing apples to oranges.......swinging a helmet and jumping a player in a tunnel on one end and being pulled over for an expired gun license is another. Was mazi attempting to go shoot somebody???.....is there intent there?... I'd have to assume a felony charge is synonymous within Michigan law. Was there intent in the first case???......not assuming there's no bias but there seems to be more noise
Expired gun license??? Oh is that the new narrative? MAZI NEVER HAD A CPL. The Rabi Prosecutor gave the star UM athlete 2 months to go out and get a CPL to cover his butt. I bet a million dollars, if you looked into when Mazi applied and completed his CPL, it would likely start after the incident and end just prior to arraignment. I'll be a million dollars that's how it happened.

The gun wasn’t loaded and was on the floor board in the backseat. If he’d locked it properly in the case it wouldn’t have been a charge at all. He was honest about having the weapon to the officer as well as the school. He was estimated to have been driving 35-40 mph in a 25 mph zone by the officer who pulled him over. He was in the process of getting his concealed permit. So the big gun speeding around thing is being overblown like crazy. With how they keep selling it you’d think the dude was driving 100 mph with a loaded gun in his pocket. He was speeding because he was running late traveling at a speed a lot of us would probably drive if we were running late. The dude had zero prior interaction with law enforcement and the charge got dropped to a misdemeanor because the big issue of it was he got pulled over a few days before he was granted his permit that would’ve made the gun a nonissue. Or if he wasn’t rushing and had locked it properly in the box. In other words he made a rash mistake in a hurry, nobody was even close to being hurt, and was fully transparent from the very start. And not long later he was a first round choice because all good faith takes of what happened can see it was such a nothing burger. @@bv7441The dude committed a felony!
Hell, just based on the UM Student Code of Conduct he should be expelled !!
The hypocrisy is mind blowing.
The Michigan Man way ..
@@puertoricangringo3144
Cry more. Y’all just mad because you aren’t and never will be UM. Absolutely zero hypocrisy because the situations are vastly different. Doesn’t take a genius to figure that out.
So glad Mazi is playing. Deserves to be there.
@@bv7441 as a Penn State guy I wouldn’t want to be anything like you guys. Your university is basically a cult who as a whole are convinced that they can’t possibly do anything wrong, and that the entirety of college football should be sucking them off 24/7 for no other reason other than, the fact that you are the university of Michigan. Your head coach puts Bo, the pedo enabling bastard, on a pedestal and victim shames all of the individuals that the team doctor abused, your head coach constantly has screaming matches whenever the refs don’t make a call in his favor, and for three straight years now, your head coach has been shaking his ass at the NFL trying to get his old gig back even though he has said on multiple occasions he has no intentions of ever going back. On top of all that, your fans have this mentality that are convinced that you have never actually lost a game, blaming the refs, the fact it was raining, the fact that it was a night game, the fact that it was a day game, the fact that the dome was closed, and my favorite one by far, DEW POINT, while you are playing in a dome in a desert in Phoenix of all places.
why try and keep downplaying this? lol
it's not assault because they had pads on? I guess keep being "surprised" that you keep your hands to yourself.
I don’t care. Enjoy the playoffs. Go Blue!
I am sure no Sparty ever got favorable treatment by the Lansing/East Lansing Popo.
This gave me a good laugh, and you're right. But remember, they DID at least have the balls to arrest MSU alumnus and then-recent NBA Champion Draymond Green for getting into a physical altercation outside a bar in East Lansing at ~3:00am.
Which proves the point, you are NO BETTER than any other school, you’re exactly the same as MSU, OSU, etc. Get off your “Leaders & Best” high horse.
So much whining...😅
Like Warde and Harbaugh after the tunnel incident, right?
Over a 12 game season, MSU had 17% more criminal charges than wins.
So the tunnel story title is just clickbait so we can hear them whine about unrelated cases?
The video evidence is extremely damaging to MSU. These 2 seem to forget that. Mozi situation isn’t good either. But he wasn’t involved in a night club shooting or being a thug. He’s also cooperating 100%. And there’s different levels of felonies. These 2 should not be on the same show. God forbid someone disagrees with Mike.
I'm curious, what video are you looking at? The best video I saw, the UM player went into a crowd of MSU players was seen jawing at them prior to the incident, And the UM player was pushed to the ground, hit a couple times and them pushed away where he walked on his own. There is grainy video from a long distance showing an MSU player swinging a helmet, but the contact isn't perfectly clear. Was it on his back? His arm?
I guess we'll find out if they let these cases go to trial just how much bullshit was spun to screw MSU.
Realize there were many UM security and staff there that did NOTHING. So how bad could it have been?
I hope it goes to trial so we can expose UM and Washtenaw for horrible corrupt bias.
Mike Valenti at his best, trash Michigan to get clicks and ratings
This is what Sparty content is when their team is 5-7 garbage.
@mgoboski What a clown take to assume wins and losses have anything to do with any of this.
@@unvrknow22 If Sparty had a winning record this wouldn’t be the headline. They’re unusually cranky because they’re not even bowl eligible while Michigan is in a playoff spot.
Kind of like ScUM when they were mucking it up under Rich Rod and Hoke. They were crying and bitching about stuff happening at MSU and OSU.
@@msudawg685 Dude you're talking about stuff that happened 10-15 years ago. Come here to the present, to reality, boomer. Where your program is garbage. Or are you going to be like Valenti and talk about the good ole days a decade ago because you suck now?
@@unvrknow22 It's all about the wins and losses. Sparty had more players suspended than points scored against Michigan in their destruction in Ann Arbor. The images of MSU players acting like violent animals is seared into the minds of College Football nation and Mike is grasping at straws to change the narrative.
"....With liberty and justice for all"?
One situation occurred in the stadium seconds after the game ended while everything was being filmed. The other was a traffic stop that didn’t result in two injured players. Most Michigan fans have moved on why do these guys bring it up every day if they don’t want it publicized
They have nothing else to bitch about..no bowl season,so let's beat a dead horse
Listen one is obviously worse than the other but don't act like Michigan doesn't get special treatment. Jabril peppers was allowed to assault and OSU fan in 2016 and he got no charges. Bo Schembechler got away with allowing the team doctor to sexually assault people while Jor Paterno at Penn State got crucified for allowing his assistant to do the same thing.
You realize having a gun in a car without a CPL is a FELONY? Pushing a player around is NOT. Mazi Smith not only was speeding, he had no drivers license, which alone is a misdemeanor. But then he had a gun inside the vehicle without a CPL. Which is a felony. You IDIOTS that are playing down a felony sound like morons. Any other black man, you and the Rabi Prosecutor would demand the death penalty. But it's your beloved UM football star, it's no big deal. Next time a black guy drives past you on the expressway and points a gun at you, just remember, it ain't nothing.
What about the conflict on the field prior to the tunnel and not controlling those U of M team players from going in?
Furthermore, two incidents don’t have to be exactly the same to show that Harbaugh is a hypocrite! Look at the juvenile way he and his team acted at MSU when they broke the pregame MSU player line then the one UofM player went on field to the MSU logo on the field destroying it! Unbelievable! Have some decency! It’s a football game! SMH
@@susanwellingtonpa3229 uhh .that was all msu..they showed up late for their pre game line then didn't notify the UM players out there, then tried to bully them out of the way..your teams whole culture is based off false bravado and a deep hatred for block M..enjoy your losing seasons to come..95 mil for 5 wins.
The two situations have nothing to do with each other, so that’s why it doesn’t make sense 😂
They have everything to do with each other. why the different treatment um guy was arrested and still played
@@davekrotchen6125no they don’t not even close, he didn’t assualt other teams players, wouldn’t even be a crime in most states and more then likely going to be dropped charges or plead down to a misdemeanor. MSU fans just want someone to blame, blame your players for gang jumping 2 players like the bitches they are
@@davekrotchen6125 cause he didn't physically assault anyone, shoot anyone or brandish the weapon. Many people have guns. It's not a bad thing. People hear the word "gun" and think it's the worst possible thing. He just didn't have his license for it. It was a registered, legal gun. He carried the gun right before getting his CPL.
