The First 777 Disruption Express: Merseyrail Class 777 Full Journey: Liverpool Central - Kirkby FAST

- This was not actually a planned video at all - As this was in the middle of me filming the Class 777 trip report on the first day.
On the third trip to Kirkby I did, getting various footage, I thought "Why not, I'll film the full run for a potential full journey video for a rainy day when I have nothing to upload" - But instead, when we got to Sandhills, they decided to run the service non-stop to Kirkby, making 777049 hold the title of the first class 777 to do one of Merseyrail's 'Disruption Express' services ever.
For those not in the know, Merseyrail control can instruct drivers to skip stations in times of disruption to make up time, normally if a service runs over 15 minutes late (Aka the longest gap between services on most lines of the network), to allow for time to be made up, as to not disrupt the tight schedules on the network - And thus, this is just another case of that, as we were 17 minutes late by the time we reached Sandhills.
Anyway, enjoy something a bit different from that first day of operation, as I happened to be the singular person filming on this particular run by sheer luck.

Service: 1306 Liverpool Central to Kirkby
We called at: Moorfields, Sandhills, and Kirkby.
Total Journey time: 11 minutes (Real Time).

The Class 777 are the first ever electric train to have batteries fitted and to run on battery power between Kirkby and Headbolt Lane. Overall the Class 777 are very nice and quiet.

Only kidding. It's going to be a game changer for network expansion in the coming years. I'd love to see a regular service from Ellesmere Port to Helsby for example.
