Thank you. It is not my saw, but you told me what the instructions were not. I needed to find the blade lock, and after that, tighten my blade fine, and my saw was back up and cutting again.
Thanks for this! I inherited a similar miter saw recently and couldn't figure out how to change out the blade. The thing must be 30 years old. Your video was exactly the guide I needed to figure it out.
I have a small maitre saw which I have really abused over the years,, and never changed the blade. I can now take the old one to Lowe's and replace my blade. Thanks for the video! Debra
I can't thank you enough for this video. It took me longer to walk out to my woodshop than it took to take blade off. I've ordered new blade, and had to order batteries for the laser light. In my area batteries(3) are hard to find.....GPA 76. You've put a smile on my face....Thanks again....
Hatch is another Mass man! Lol I watch your videos also pal, I recently moved to Brockton but I'm originally from South Boston Mass... Great videos too bud!!!
Amazing !!!! Thank you so much for this ... I didn’t even realize there was a “side button” to lock the blade ... I was stripping the hex nut abs getting frustrated. Thank you !
Thanks a lot sir I've been building and things for over 20 years. My problem I haven't had to change a blade in that length of time and I needed to know the direction to loosen it. It was just really tight thanks a lot my friend
Great video. The other one I saw said take the cover completely off. When I did that the spring came out and I can’t get the protection cover spring back in. Any suggestions or a video on that? Really appreciate any help.
ANOTHER informative video, good stuff pal! Spoke to Daryl today and it's honestly an honor that you guy's even know who I am because YOUR VIDEO'S are literally the 1st I started watching and basically the main reason that I got hooked on RUclips videos! 😂👍✌️
Is there a way to tighten up the blade brake on these saws? Mine is almost to the point that it doesn't even stop the blade at all now... Is that something close to where you were working in this video?

3:25 I removed the screw but cannot remove that washer, it looks stuck on the blade. What could be the issue? Many thanks,
Hit it with something.
Hit it from behind with a rubber mallet. It worked!. Thank u Sir @@Robinson-Homestead

The Edge goes to the saw on the bottom.
