Got a question. Just got my turbo and only the left portion of my speaker works. I can cover up the middle and right side with no change in sound so sound only comes it of the left corner. Is this normal or a defect?? Googled it with no answer...
Yes this is normal don't worry. Its the same with mine. Its a mono speaker so therefore it comes out on one side. The other side is just the diaphragm so sound can spread .
jonyD143 I've had my Turbo since it came out... And its supposed to be sturdy right? I drop it from about five feet down the stairs (concrete) on accident... Its fine... A few days ago I set it down on those same steps... Screen cracks top to right side... Is it normal for glass to crack like that?
+MonsterHunterFanzTI Yeah the gorilla glass isn't that strong but its still far better than iPhone screens. It is usual for the glass to break because of its design but Verizon does offer a free screen replacement for droid Turbo. I also got an otter box case for my phone which protects it well. ( sorry for the super late reply)
jonyD143 ok I get it but it was a loud speaker at one point...is it possible to blow a speaker in a phone?! It works but I can't hear anything hardly at all anymore including RUclips videos my ringer to my phone my texts even when I put it in speaker phone ...ugh....
hmmm... It may be defective. I'm sure it's been out of warranty but if you got insurance with it I'm sure you can get a replacement and pay a deductible. My turbo sadly stop working properly when I dropped it so I just decided to get the moto g 5 plus. I think the first droid turbo had bad interior design so when you happen to drop it the interior likely malfunctions after.
please help me how can i fix my speaker? :(

+MonsterHunterFanzTI lol. So do you like your Turbo or what?
it has a speaker only in one side of grill
Got same phone and speaker did work now it doesn't 😔 anyone got any ideas?!
It's not the speaker. It's the design.
