OEM unopened Euro R bottom end. Been in that car for about 3 years, and before that was in an accord for 2 years, and before that was in a Prelude for 3 or 4 years. It’s had a hard life.

What are some of the pros/cons of converting to h2b as opposed to straight H?
Usually they go for b series trans for the better gearing out the bat, better acceleration rather than be long gearing of a straight H
Don’t need to cut for shifter cables, uses b series linkage, axle , motor mounts
better CV axle geometry.
You can go mfactory 5.11 final drive on the H. Just make sure you run a big cam that likes to rev. Stock cam isnt enough cam for that gear.

Which B series crank in it ???
A B series crank will not fit in an H series. And even if it did, there would be no advantage over the H crank, you would be at a loss. H2b means H series engines with B series transmission.
