Aint nothing really overrated on a Kseries especially N/A. Street friendly K24's can hit 300 with pump gas and less in parts than any other honda 4 cylinder.

Hi Dizzy im about to run M5 on an h23vtec portflow head, Jun cams, skunk2 intake manifold. Made 264 on dynojet with E85. Now swapping in a CNC ported h22a intake manilfold and running M5. Stock bottom end. How long does a healthy engine last? Its a road race car
Carlos Flores it will last long, just make sure after you use m5(either for tuning or track day) flush it out with regular fuel, change the oil and spark plugs. Dont want to leave m5 in your fuel system too long
What whould u guess the power with stock R cam on ur car? Iam struggling with my H22 to beat 220hp (crank) but its a 2300cc 13:1 with R manifold, 70mm tb and 2,5" tri y full exhaust :/ cant image cam would pump up to 250 + but dunno what else 2 do
TheHondaTuner if you want to hit 250 with euro r cams, u would probably need bigger Tb, run open header, maybe e85 or better fuel and bigger injectors. Bigger cams than R cams will hit closer to your power goal easier

Not too sure, it was so long ago but I think this car was set to 7200-7800 rpm

Ben Buda not sure how much was the head milled, whatever the specs of bze head porting is. Regular Ferrea valves

I have same set of camshafts with supertech 80lbs valve springs and retainer and my rocker and cams are destroyed what valve springs your using
Might need stiffer springs. Also make sure you use oil with zinc, i ran brad penn in mine all the time. Theres other brands that have zinc as well.

honda pwr street drag radials are for the street. At the track best to use full slicks. Radials tend to break axles easier

Mr. ic3m4n Head is built, revs to 8800-9000. Pretty much has a nice powerband and has power anywhere but its a track car so it mostly sees high rpms
