This is a stupid precedent that could result in the barring of any journalist from any courtroom anywhere based on a judge’s “vibes” and will be demolished by the superior court as it stinks of gamesmanship and favoritism - as usual Bev tramples over the law with her desperate old lady sighs and stomping grandma legs to attempt to help the baby boy prosecutor and alliance of corrupt cops who have no case against the defendant…about whom we’ve heard almost nothing.

Sounds to me that people think folks can not separate friendships from work you can I highly doubt that the judge the prosecutor the cops the emt the firefighters are in some conspiracy theory to take this lady down like come on now these people have families and lives I doubt they would throw that all away for Karen like who is she 😂 she is not that much of a big deal to take her down I grew up in a town where everyone knows ever one and now we are in our 40s and people I grew up with are lawyers doctors they work in the courts they work in factories some are boss supervisors some are teachers and I know they will always do they job for their family and not just people we knew each other or went to school or sometimes here we might be in the same space or have common people we are friends with does not mean that I would get special treatment because of that like come on now
The way she talks and acts towards the defense attorney, she DEFINITELY seems bias.
She should’ve been ruled out of this case. They make sure jury has no ties to either side, what about the judge? Smh, this whole case is sketchy!!

No she doesnt. Her brother has ties to the case, very tenuous ones at that. If her brother were representing someone in her court? Then yeah, that would be potential bias and valid reason to recuse. Her brother is allowed to have a job, ontop of that, the case was over 20 years ago. Thats barely a connection at all.
The Albert family actually call her, “Aunt Bev”. No way she should be the Judge in this trial. She’s almost family.

The witnesses who already have restraining orders against him felt intimidated by his presense in the court room, how is removing him from the court room while they're giving testimony censoring? He's still allowed to speak, he's still allowed in the courtroom, he's not even going to lose his seat when he has to leave, so whats the problem?

Wow, this smells really badly. Why is Lally speaking for the witnesses? They all have their own lawyers. Why is the judge just accepting what Lally says, isn’t the burden of proof on him before you deprive somebody of their first amendment rights? However, this doesn’t help the prosecution as they might think. All the prosecution has established so far a hundred times is that the weather was bad and that a lot of people sat at a 6-8ft high to table at the Waterfall. Completely useless in my opinion.
Being excluded from the courtroom isnt depriving someone of their first amendment rights. On top of that, if the witnesses feel intimidated by someone in the gallery, the rights of the defence and prosecution are then put in jeapody, and the defendant's right to a fair trial is more important than a courtroom observer's 1st amendment right
So, can any witness demand the removal of anyone they feel uncomfortable testifying in front of? That’s insane.
He’s not just anyone. A restraining order is in effect prior to this trial.
Asking doesn't mean it will be granted. You saw their is a process.

The headlights of every car that backed out of the driveway to go past the home, would have shined across the ENTIRE lawn as the car went from an angle to straighten out. In those bright lights nobody saw a large body, excessive blood lost, a shoe, hat or 47 red pieces of plastic?? I live in NY, when I back out of the driveway in snow I go slow & my headlights light up the snow across my lawn like a runway!

1st off, i am not a police hater or anything i literally have a BACK THE BLUE sticker on my car. THAT being said, i believe it is a cover up- for 2 reasons...1- they are trying too hard. The police family & friends are trying harder than an innocent person would , & reason #2 i live in a rural community, dont have a big fancy house but i do have a big yard. And we are RIGHT on a highly traveled county road. People throw their trash out, alot. Every time i walk out my front door i will notice (right away) any trash (& this is little trash, napkins, a styrofoam cup, etc.) I notice something out of place & proceed to go right over & pick it up.
People walk out their front door HOW many times daily? If something's out of place, or something NEW there-- U are going to notice it.
