in my deepest downs, i find your page and learn how powerful bible words are to defend against the enemy's attack when I tend to overthink, worry, sad and frustration. thank you for doing god's work and allow comfort to reach those who are heartbroken. even though your videos can dated back like 5 years. These videos help me now, five years from the time when you guys share it.
Still watching as I write this, but in regards to Chad’s first regret, his points couldn’t remain more true. This is something I have struggled with since I was 13 and I’ve always been ashamed to open up about it, especially because I’m a girl and hardly anyone speaks about it. However, a few months ago I built up the courage to tell my mentor and she showed me nothing but grace and love. I felt so free and so happy knowing that it was off my chest and I had someone praying for me, but that’s where it stopped. I unfortunately did not seek ways to fight back the temptation when I struggled and forgot to pray in those times where it lured me in most. I urge anyone, no matter what you struggle with, to continually seek God even if you think “oh! I’m over it now,” and continue to have accountability in your life that will remind you why you walked away in the first place.

@@Izumi-pw7zg I’m in the same boat…I hadn’t for months and months but I fell just recently and I’ve been feeling defeated about it. If you have a mentor, friend, family member, or someone in your church that you trust, I would highly recommend going to them first! I am still on my journey to getting through this, and I don’t ever want to deter you away from your goal!!

The vulnerability you both have displayed is appreciated. It is so important to discuss sexual sin and shame and bring these topics to light. We as Christians are to battle it together. What a great testimony of victory
Regarding Chad's first point, I was raised in a Christian home, but I struggled with the same thing from age 9 or so until 19 years old. When I was 19 I turned to Jesus and was born again. But I still fought until I got deliverance from demons. We do not fight against flesh and blood but this is a spiritual war. Since then I haven't struggled the same way at all. There is complete freedom, don't settle for less. Jesus has won the victory for real❤️🔥

The best piece of advice I have ever received from a close family friend was this - "only He can bring you that right person who will TRULY love you for YOU. All other ways will lead to a broken heart and disappointment. So trust Him and you Will Not regret it, I promise."
The power of sin lies in secrecy. Remember that God can only heal what you reveal. And this is why having community is so important - to get healing.
James 5:16 (NLT) says:
Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.
i’ve actually seen soooo many people who aren’t believers open up about porn. they say when they’re “done”, they immediately feel disgusted by the video, which is fascinating

I regret getting on dating apps. I know it has worked out for some christians but it honestly hasn't worked for me. I deleted them all a few days ago. I noticed that they really promote a lifestyle I don't agree with and make it harder to not be tempted. I also believe that if God really wants someone to be in my life, He will put them in it.

Loved that you guys opened up about pornography. The biblical word for "salvation" in the bible is SOZO, which is this all encompassing word that includes "to be made whole, to be free, to be protected, to be DELIVERED." Freedom from pornography addiction is your inheritance as a child of God. Keep believing for it until it becomes your reality. Sharing because my then fiance (now husband) was delivered from a 12 year addiction in a moment when the Lord hit him with the reality of how his sin was hindering him, and the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. My husband said he literally just had to wait on the Lord to fight for him every single day - his mentality was "God, I can't even think about tomorrow but I'm trusting that you will protect and fight for my purity today." Pornography has never touched our relationship since. Praise God. The righteous fall seven times but get back up again.

I absolutely love how Chad mentioned the importance of continually giving your sin back to the Lord. I struggled with serious worry and mental turmoil for a couple years. When that worry creeps back in now I find myself saying “why is this here? I thought I finished with this years ago.” But it was nothing I did in my own power. If I had to relinquish my own worry I would still be stuck in the hole I used to be in. Only through trusting the Lord and filling my mind with His Truth and promises was I able to overcome that struggle. And now even years later I have to remember to give that battle over to Jesus and give Him the glory when there is victory. It’s a continual spiritual battle.
I love how you can see that chad is truly so passionate about investing and having good money habits. the sponsor feels so genuine.
Great point about pivoting from sin. So many abuse grace and miss the whole point of it. To turn from sin and overcome it!
I regret not setting healthy boundaries. This can go with the people pleasing. I have been establishing better boundaries over the last couple years now. I believe we can love well when we are honest with ourselves, God and others. I get resentful if I neglect confrontation and letting people know what bothers me about something.

Thank you so much for sharing, I have been following you guys since day 1. Youre belief and faith, gives me strength during these difficult times.
One thing I regret is not seeking help when I needed to. I'm still not exactly sure why I didn't but I think it stems from how I grew up because I kind of had to figure things out on my own.
But I remember one specific occasion when I was praying to God about what I should do about where I was mentally (which was not in a good place 😖). And I remember Him clearly saying I should seek help from a specific friend and I just couldn't and now I'm suffering the consequences of that and have wasted time, but I'm getting to experience God as a Redeemer.
I guess I can just some it up as Tori's first point: Not being obedient (in that specific season, for me), because it has taken me further than I wanted to go and cost me more than I could afford to pay.
Keep praying and asking the Holy Spirit to intercede!!! I am going through a similar thing and I found that writing it all out and then rereading it really helps decipher what is and is not from the Lord that we are feeling!

I love that you can say your testimony freely. I strongly believe giving power to your past mistakes or regrets (by hiding it) you harboring and nurturing shame. The Lord has made us free. Therefor we should be able to speak our testimony of where God has taken us out of and who we are now. I had a lot in common with Tori and went through a similar rebellious phase as well.
You sharing this is SO helpful because me and so many other people struggle with the same things and hearing what you’ve learned from it is so helpful advice and encouragement

Going off of Chad's first regret, when he says it is a daily battle its literally a daily battle. Do not think that when you are saved that you instantly get purged of the temptation and sins and that it disappears. You have to work and fight for it, Bible reading and filling your life with Godly people are essential because it replaces your lustful thoughts with the word of God and truth behind what sin, lust, and pornography do. We aren't perfect, we will sin and mess up over and over but God says it is okay because he has bared witness to sin and went through the same struggles that we did but came out victorious and defeated sin and offers us daily mercies. We as Christians are loved and saved by Jesus christ alone! Amen and hallelujah!

I'm 18 struggling like Chad and I guess I've been harder on myself because I was raised Christian
But that's self righteousness
Instead of beating myself up I need to take it to GOD accept his Grace .
So I can give grace to others .
And change I was stupid to think HIS Kindness and love wasn't enough to çhange me but it is along with Obedience to GOD'S word which i was inspired to do the more i started going to him trusting him and learning about His word(like Tori talked about).
Most importantly I'm learning that it's a continual journey (like chad spoke about)
So I give GOD all the GLORY!
BECAUSE HE is truly Merciful
And that's honestly so comforting to know 💕
So thankful for God's amazing grace! Love you too, and don't even know you! But, it's amazing how's God is working in your lives! Keep encouraged in the Lord!!!

I was recently just in that dark season Tori was in. I was so close to losing virginity, keep testing to go very near to the line god asks us to get away from. It is really like what Tori said I keep repenting but I was not pivoting. I stuggled with Chad's first point since 6 to 15 years old. I quit for three years but I start to fall into having touching body with my boyfriend. I focus on people pleasing , I thought that this would bring my man closer to me, but actually it wasn't. The gentle man he was who protect me, respect me that not to cross the boundaries of touching when sleepover, was gone. I myself who born in christianity background fall into temptations, my boyfriend just turn to christian few months ago when I take him to the church. At first, he was so curious about god, but I become jealous and want to keep him all by myself that when he ask how to pray I didnt want to teach him ( which is so foolish) and made many mistakes like treating him badly, simply everything bad that bible say you should not do. When I hide the shame, listening to the shame that I do my own way of keeping my boyfriend, everything just turn out worse, keep sliding down, and lust become bigger. Now, I broke that cycle by not sleepover and speak it out to my mom, church abt it, asking them to pray for us. Our relationship is now in cold war. Even though he would still pick me up from college, he refuse to communicate his feelings. I really want a christ-centered relationship whenever we face difficulties (personal/relationship) we can seek god first and knowing that we should love each other because god is love and this would not left space for the evil. I was praying so intensely these two weeks when I really come back to lord and surrender my control. But I have a question : whether I was still worthy of blessing of marriage? seeing Tori and Chad can have god blessed marriage when you guys return to Jesus and commit to Jesus is such a comfort for me, knowing that god will always has a good plan for us for his thoughts are higher than our thoughts.
On top of people pleasing, I've learned that other's constructive feedback is worth considering but their opinions of myself/me is none of my business ❤

Chad- great last point. As I used to do the same thing. I used to be a people pleaser, I used to be a chamelion the adapted to every situation to please other people and in the process I ended up losing myself. And the testimony is also very powerful thing, because I have been to very very dark places. But it's only recently that I put my testimony together. So I'm going to share this to. And this is something very personal to me.
"Internally as a child I think God has always been with me through all the hardships but the biggest test for me personally started when I was 15 years old. I think the "hell" that I have experienced on Earth has already happened from the ages of 15 to about the age of 25. Not only have my Mum and I immigrated here (To Australia) 23 years ago all the way from Russia but we both have experienced depression, anxiety and much much more. We have lost friends to suicide (young people) and accidental drug overdoses. And in those moments, in the very lowest moments of my life, I have always questioned God and the unfairness of certain events. Especially when some of my friends have lost small children. And I don't know the reasons for those events but all I know is that without faith, without the belief that things do get better, life can seem impossible and you lose your will to live sometimes. I know I have in the past. But somehow I am still here. And life with faith is simply easier, happier and healthier.
-My favourite verse from the bible will always be Corinthians 13:4-7. That love lasts forever. And where there is love, there is hope, and where there is hope there is faith."

To everyone who’s struggling with porn, I know exactly what you’re struggling with. I struggled with it from the age of 13 up until 34. But there is deliverance! Chad, & everyone, you won’t always struggle with it, that’s the devil trying to convince you of the power of sin on you. But your God is MIGHTIER than your sin & your struggle. & He can & will deliver and wipe away the memory of it as He did for me (it’s amazing I honestly can’t remember it).
Let The Spirit of God lead you into fasting & praying. I do at least 21 days every year & once a week every week. It has become a lifestyle that empowered me over the flesh. There’s power in it that you can tap into.
Do not regret what happened, because God knew you would struggle with it, & gave His son for your freedom, that much you know, now believe it! God loves you! He does not condem you, go & sin no more. ❤

There are ways, Macro Economics, to know how to time the market. I've learned this over the last 10-12 yrs. Timing is possible and necessary when there are Economic Bubbles ie Tech & Housing Bubble. We are currently in the "Everything Bubble". A 57% loss like Housing Bubble takes +133% return to break even. I only say this because these bubbles aren't from God, it's from manipulation of our money system, like the Federal Reserve. Thanks for all you do!

I have read so many things and put so much pressure On myself in MY strength to make sure my kiddos aren’t like that which left me feeling depressed and broken and ashamed when I fail. BUT Christ can heal them of anything you lack. Point them to his truth. And a much younger age because you are so intent to find him.
Seeking his heart, and letting him lead you and pointing them to the LOVE of Jesus, training them in life, and sharing your struggles to an extent is your job. The Holy Spirit will convict Micah, you cannot control life 100% with your children- maybe circumstances etc to an extent but the Holy Spirit will guide him.
I pray my daughter and children are sensitive to the holy spirit and even at 5 YO I see it.
I share that to say, you got this! Turn it to him and that’s the real answer 😘
