Id never used fennel seeds before and watched recipe from sweet potato soul when I first starting vegan recipes and she put fennel seeds on her avocado toast- it is amazing you all got to try it’s a game changer!

you basically don't clean it. Only soak in water, Scrub with a sponge to get out debris. Dry with towel. Oil with avocado oil or olive oil, light coating. I store it in the oven mostly!

Chopping the lemons that small you basically lost half the juice. And you can squeeze the juice from the ends you chopped off on your dish so you arent wasting juice
