    Ingredients
    बाजरे का आटा - Bajra Flour - 2 cup
    नमक - Salt - 1/2 tsp
    अज़वायन - Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
    तेल - Oil - 1 tsp
    घी - Ghee - 2 tbsp
    Instructions:
    1. Preparing the Dough:
    In a pan, heat a cup of water until it's hot but not boiling.
    In a mixing bowl, take 2 cups of Bajra flour and gradually add the hot water while stirring.
    Mix well until it forms a smooth dough. Add more water if needed.
    Cover the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
    2. Adding Flavor:
    After 5 minutes, add salt and ajwain to the dough.
    Knead the dough well, adding a little oil or ghee, until it becomes smooth and pliable.
    Let the dough rest for another 10 minutes.
    3. Rolling and Shaping:
    Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball between your palms to make them smooth.
    On a clean surface, flatten a ball and roll it into a circular shape using a rolling pin.
    The thickness can vary based on your preference. Aim for a smooth, crack-free surface.
    4. Cooking:
    Heat a griddle or tawa on medium-high heat.
    Place the rolled roti on the hot tawa. When bubbles appear, flip it to cook the other side.
    Apply ghee on both sides and press gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
    Cook until both sides have golden brown spots.
    5. Serving:
    Serve the Bajre ki Roti hot with a dollop of ghee on top.
    Enjoy it with your favorite curry, yogurt, or any side dish of your choice.
    6. Tips:
    If the dough is too dry, add a little warm water. If too sticky, add more flour.
    Ajwain adds a distinct flavor, but you can omit it if you prefer.
    Ensure the tawa is hot enough to cook the roti quickly and give it a nice texture.
    Experiment with the thickness of the roti to find your preferred style.
