We make them much more thinner and bigger. Also our bajra rotis puff up just like normal roti. So found this video very basic. But I’m sure it’s helpful for people who haven’t made them at all and are making for the first time.

Ruby appa very nice! My grandmother uses to makes these like pancakes . With very thin batter which you can pour over the tawa or pan just like pancake.

I found it easier to make Bajra rotis than jowar rotis. But they both taste slighter bitter compared to wheat rotis!
If bajra is not fresh it taste bitter
