      My friend's mother gave a great tip. Do not cover it like putting it in tupperware. Instead only a dome to protect it from bugs and leave it out. Once you put it in the fridge or cover it I notice it becomes soft

    My daughter is currently traveling in tour in Turkey. She mentioned mint is used in surprising ways, both in savory and sweet dishes, and not only added to lemonade as we sometimes do in Mexico.
    Could you please make a compilation of your videos where mint is used? I am very curious about mint in ground beef.

      Yes we use alot mint in cooking both fresh and dried. May I ask the details where she saw using it, like which dishes

      @@TFT She had a lentil soup with mint, and I already found your recipe in the compilation of 5 soups after the terrible earthquake.
      But she tried some meat nor name of dish, that had a hint of mint.
      Do you have any beef or ground beef recipe that has mint?

    Est ce que vous connaissez la recette du TCHERAK, gâteau algérien d'Alger, mais il paraît que l'origine est turque à cause de la présence ottomane dans cette région pendant longtemps. Ce serait intéressant de savoir s'il y a une recette qui s'y rapproche pour comprendre l'histoire de ce gâteau très bon.

    Do you have a tip for making crunchy baklava? When I make it, it's crunchy only the first day but then it turns soft.

      Maybe water+sugar ratio is not right, much sugar makes it to be Hard shell, much water softens the Phillos, and chefs always recomend to boil it at least 10-15 minutes, of course with some lemon

      I added to the description box. Bake the baklava at 180C preheated oven for 15 minutes then lower the temp. to 160 and continue to bake until golden and inside is fully baked for about 30-35 more minutes.
