    Tnx Varun further great recipe. My daughter loves it n made me fall in love with it. Just yesterday we got a kg of assorted Baklava from Adonis, Mississauga. We finished few pieces b4 reachkng home.delicious baklavas .

    Hi Nora, I made this baklava today 05-20-24 but I will take them with me to a friend’s house tomorrow. Do I need to put them in the refrigerator or I can leave it outside?

      You do not need to put in refrigeration keep outside on counter top is much better and crispier. Thank you so much and I’m sure you did a great job 😍❤️🥰🌷

    Hi I was wondering what’s the secret to keeping the phyllo dough from breaking when scrunching together

      Hi, thank you for watching! First important thing is to not let the phyllo dough get dry so cover it always while working if the dough is dry it will break and second is the butter helps it to be soft but don’t add too much butter as well so it’s not too wet.

    Can you give exacy name of this stick to order in amazon i searched alot by different names thin rolling pin etc but not found exact except in pasta set for 70 dollars

      You can find it in arts and crafts stores. mine is actually a wooden pants hanger that is perfect size for what I need if you have a wooden hanger just take off that part clean it very well and use.

      You can also look for dowel rods which are perfect for rolling and size 8mm is great. I hope this helps
