Hi, thank you for watching! First important thing is to not let the phyllo dough get dry so cover it always while working if the dough is dry it will break and second is the butter helps it to be soft but don’t add too much butter as well so it’s not too wet. Best of wishes 💖

You can find it in arts and crafts stores. mine is actually a wooden pants hanger that is perfect size for what I need if you have a wooden hanger just take off that part clean it very well and use.
