Dude, Just got done watching the video installed my fuel cap assembly. Easy Peezy. Great product, I will surely promote your products/videos. Anyways, thanks a lot. my 2023 KTM adventure S is rocking and rolling. Thanks for the great products.
I installed your fuel filler cap to my Husky 701 after breaking the stock key in the stock filler which left me stranded. I can't recommend these Vanasche fuel filler caps enough; fantastic well made product, great service sent to the UK within a week. Top notch kit, I wish I ordered the quick shifter replacement arm at the same time.
Thanks for the feedback Art! Most tank bags mount over fuel caps as it is which is why they typically have some type of 'flip to the side' feature for fueling. I get what you are saying but flush mount would mean internal threads (which people would likely damage with the fuel nozzle) and flush mount is also much more likely to get dirt into the tank which is why we did what we did. We'll think on it and continue to consider other options.
Yes, reconnect tube A. It goes to the charcoal canister. If you have removed the charcoal canister you need to make sure whatever line attached to the breather nipple is going beneath the motorcycle because fuel will dribble out during a tip over or overfilling. Tube D is a drain line that was meant for water and it does not extend to the bottom of the bike, you do NOT want want to connect this line as you risk the chance of leaking fuel onto engine/exhaust.
I just ordered one I was hoping they had a video I can tell you for sure the factory when you open it has sand all over it letting some drop into your fuel.
Yes we do make them for the 901. These allow the tank to breath properly and there shouldn’t be any excessive smell. m.ruclips.net/video/cP1XJZyQKIs/видео.html
Twin Air part number 160621 fits between the cap and the neck base. Keep in mind these will drastically slow down your fuel filling speed. Some care, others do not, just FYI.
Yes, you have to remove the assembly in order to remove the plastic shroud which then exposes the vent and drain lines. But you have to remove all that plus the base plastic piece if you are installing our filler....per the video
Excellent job Andrew, manufactured by you I'm sure it's a premium part. Ride safe and in peace

Nice product!
Just wish you could design it to sit flush like the stock cap, for tank bags.

Just got mine, thank you!! stoked to get it on the bike when it gets back from service.
Parts are finished. 890 filler necks are now shipping with the new barb.
Great product. Going to go install mine right now. No more key!!!!

Perfect, good video too. Part ordered.
Do you make one for 2024 Husky N901E, and does it fix the gas fume smell problem? 😮
Yes we do make them for the 901. These allow the tank to breath properly and there shouldn’t be any excessive smell. m.ruclips.net/video/cP1XJZyQKIs/видео.html
I like this product. i have a 890R and i would like to install TwinAir Pre-Filter on this product. Could i use TwinAir Pre-Filter for ktm 690?

Does the lower plastic piece need to be removed? I have a pre filter installed on it.
Yes, it has to come out to sit on a flat surface.
So to remove vent line I would have to remove the assembly? It is under that stock ktm plastic cover. Not a big deal, installing filler right now

I have a 2014 ktm duke 690 would this work for my bike if so where do i buy this
It will not fit that bike :(.....thanks for asking
You need 6 washers incase you don't want to use the lanyard
Better like that 👍👍👍👍
Does this fit the 2023 890?
Yes it does, all model years 790/890 including the new 2023. Thanks
