I saw her last night and I have to say her vocals go just as crazy live!! Like all beautiful belting at the end gave me such insane chills and I highly recommend seeing her live like I saw the eras tour and that was great and all but Chappell just has a voice that kills me!!

MYSPACE ERA WAS PEAK. The fun experimental music I used to listen to on there…it even helped big artists like Katy Perry and Gaga and Taylor launch their careers. I feel like it was a very special moment for music. And I honestly think with our current artists we’re heading towards another iconic few years of music.

I just love the strides we’ve taken as a community for these really popular artists to get the recognition they deserve. 20 years ago some of these girls would have been in the closet still which is crazy to think about. The industry would have forced them to.
Thankful for other artists like Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Janelle Monáe, and of course Hayley Kiyoko. They really came in and said mainstream pop girlies are allowed to be GAYYYY. 💕

idk if ashnikko is too hardcore for your taste but her album weedkiller is very queer and makes me just as emotional as chappell if youd wanna give it a listen, i especially love the remix of You Make Me Sick she released with dora jar it gives me chills but again its not for everyone lol
I might look into a few of her popular songs to see if I vibe! I do tend to like more singing/indie/bubblegum pop. But I love some artists that are more intense as well!
@@CryoGnuin I totally get that. panic attacks in paradise is more tame, miss nectarine and dying star are ones that hit deep as a lesbian (dying star is really pretty with Ethel Cain) other than that she’s pretty raunchy and the music is intense but regardless I love it lol her lyrics are clever and make me giggle but definitely not the same girly pop vibe
