Daughter has been with me for over ten years now and I am touched by this beautiful music every time anew... If I could only listen to one band in my whole life, I would definitely choose Daughter. Hopefully I'll get to see them live one day, that would be an absolute dream!

I don't know how to explain the way Elena sings. There's been some time from this concert coming out but still I reach the moment she sings Neptune and next thing is I'm crying just because this level of beauty exists in the world. I'm a 36-year-old man who almost always cries over two things: the ending of Bojack Horseman, and Neptune. Like you, I don't know how to qualify what makes Elena's performance so profound, and we're not alone.
I was initially saddened by the fact that this video series release confirmed there would be no live tour for the album (held onto the hope for a year after SMG got released) but five minutes into this and already, it makes all the absolute sense to do it this way given the context of this album, how it was made and how it was released. ❤❤ 10/10 as always. Love it.
This is simply an unbelievable performance and film. Huge kudos to everyone involved, and especially Daughter for making such amazing songs. It all comes together on Neptune in such a magnificent way that I'll never be able to hear that song again without chills when the full band comes in and Elana makes her way into the big room with the full band... and the lights flickering out as the song ends... and the last shot of the three Daughter members on the bench. Incredible songs, incredible performance, incredible film.

I have to admit I wasn't a big fan of this new album but this live version made me completely change my mind. I think Elena voice and music always sounds best, more organic when I listen them live. I was so sad when I learnt they will not go on tour, thank you for sharing this with us. This is like a treasure I will listen until my last days on earth.
