So I found this band when I was in the middle of a depression, and you have no idea how thankful I am that I found it! This is real music, the kind of music I'm willing to hear all my life.
+Wendolly Mendoza even when youre not depressed, this song grow on you.
I still listen to this even out of my depression.
I met this song, through a girl who captivated my soul, only to realize we were only souls passing by

It is truly amazing indeed.
I keep hope I come across someone that feels this same way about this band , let alone atleast know of the band. But no one some it up quite like you and I do .. almost word for word. 😶😜 haha thank you.

I love how, at the end of Youth, she takes off her guitar and then puts it back on and retunes it for the next song. Not that I like seeing people make mistakes. I just like seeing them be human.
i think she was confused because she couldn't remember the chords for the chorus
I watch this set at least 3-5 time's a week along with there other live KEXP set. Great band, great sound. Elena Tonra voice is beautiful

This is by far my favourite performance from Daughter. The way she sings Candles sounds so deep.
My favorite one too! I love the way they sing "Tomorrow".
Their songs are always so intense and sensitive!
I listen to this every night when i go to sleep.

I've done this for almost 6 years.
Saw her live in Amsterdam, it was the best birthday gift my girlfriends could have given me.. Never seen such a humble and down to earth singer. She was amazing, that voice is enchanting.

This band’s music has saved many lives. Not everyone makes this type of music. Daighter is very special.
I just discovered them last night & must’ve listened to “Stereo Mind Game” at least 20x’s on repeat. This kind of music is *So Fxxxing Rare!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
At the end of "Tomorrow" she is so lost in the music. This makes life worth living...

So happy I discovered this band months ago. Can't explain how utterly beautiful this is. The amount of feelings and emotions they bring out in the muic is extraordinary, what a special band.

So, I don't smile much... Life has been life,,, but she makes smile, huge grinning awesome smiles.
a teacher of me told me that music is the best therapist. listen to music that makes you happy it makes so much easyer right? and all the struggle and things that make you get out of breath seem to be gone for those 4 minutes that one song lasts. it makes everything easyer. (sorry for bad english.. :) )

the lyrics of their songs are just perfect. they make you thinking about some little things which happened to you. their songs touch me deep inside, on one side with happiness, on another side with sadness. but that's what music's about in my opinion.

Just back here in 2018 to say:
I literally thought this “did my fellow humans really make this?” As I watched this and thought that their immaculate performance of Home around the 25:00 mark was one of the greatest moments in musical history. I can’t express how euphoric that Jam session is. Damn ! Makes me want to watch them live again

I saw them last night, and I still can't get over how fantastic they were! The whole room, which was sold out just stopped everything, shut up and listened. And they did have a joke with the audience in between songs!

I've been listening to daughter for around a week now and i believe that every word sung i can relate to let alone the people that have gone through most of this. It must be a god send knowing other people have too and are able to share it in such a beautiful way. Can not wait for the album release 3 this is going to be on my ipod on repeat for a very very long time :-)

I know that I'm abusing an already overused cliche but daughter actually gets me and it's not just the beauty of the vocals and guitar playing it's the tenderness in the bass and the real feeling in the drums. As a band I can only think of a few artists/bands that are at this standard. Thanks for posting
