Absolutely. Stunning. Her charisma and the force which seems to come out through her voice combined with the sounds she draws from her instruments is intoxicating. For many years especially early on Elena and Igor the other front man were in a romantic relationship, which I believe started after they had been playing together as Daughter for sometime, and being the author of the majority of the lyrics many of these songs are about that relationship and my understanding from some of the interviews I had read and listened to the two of them never (or rarely have far as it's been made know) have discussed the background for these songs. Which that must be incredibly challenging in some many ways I would imagine. Especially when the relationship was coming to an end and once it did when they were still paying and touring to be on stage watching your now ex in the middle of this performance you are also in the middle of and the emotion knowing just knowing it is about you, for you, from you. God just the though has a weight to it I can feel. Starting with the performance of Winter @ 20:21 running all the way through Home and the ending after the encore with the Daft Punk cover is just amazing. Those 7 songs are by far my favorite and for months I had them saved individually from I think 4 different shows in that exact order as they play them here. And the first time I watched this show like just over half way through that run of 7 songs when they were not even 10 seconds into Human I clicked back to the RUclips player into the comments and looked for the set-list to see what else was being played and it took me a minute or so before I just had an odd feeling and I opened up a new browser tab and pulled up my saved playlists within RUclips and went hunting for the one I didn't even have a proper title for as it held one of my classic temp titles. It was something like "Daughter : qergqerg" which was what I will often do when creating a random artist playlist I use the band name colon then just do a quick one handed piano tap of the keyboard and see what comes out. And that becomes my title lol. Not sure when and why I started that and some of them eventually get renamed or the lists deleted or whatever when I grow out of them. Some I have had for years. When I pulled up that playlist of 7 songs and scrolled through and saw the last few I sound "oh shit" outloud and then laughed and cranked the volume all the way up. Felt somehow magical that I had made that list of my favorite Daughter songs however long it was ago and here is a concert from 2013 I had yet to listen to and they played them in the same order I arranged. I did go back a few days later and go through the 50+ shows I have saved for them and just double checked that this was not some sort of a classic well known "Grateful Dead" lineup scenario where they have been playing those 7 songs in that order 1 out of 3 shows or some shit like that.
