It seems like everyone is always mad about everything, even when there's nothing to be mad about- and it PISSES ME OFF. Why are we like this? Why am I like this? And has it always been like this? Idk, but I have a few ideas.

why do people click on a video titled "Vin Diesel: king of cringe" and then get mad about it???
I wonder about stuff like that too. Why click on a video that u know you're not gonna like just so u can go to the comments and say u don't like it? If it makes u mad, why are u helping that creator by making them money? Ppl make no sense sometimes
rage bait works. they see the title and wanna dump a li'l rant in the comments
Some people just want to get mad to be distracted or they feel like they gaine power by being mean to a creator who expresses his opinion, just because he doesn't have the same opinion. A lot of people tend to forget that others have the right to have their own opinion so they think they have the right to insult the person with the "incorrect" opinion.

I hope you realize the "criticism" he gets appears to be 3 year olds who stole their mom's phone, and don't think that a grown ass man can figure out whether he's standing next to a real person or a wax statue. If it was valid criticism about something wrong he did, sure he should definitely take it seriously, but this is all just a bunch of dumb idiots who feel the need to say something mean but don't have enough brain cells to be smart about it.
Most criticism from the internet is useless hate… so it’s about being able to receive and assess the value of a person’s criticism. “That’s not really vin idiot” is not useful, so ignoring it actually is good, and was only a small part of what the video was.

I don't get the whole "If u can't do better, u can't critique someone >:(" thing. It's like, the whole point of being a critic is to either give the perspective of a consumer to someone who's providing a product or give the perspective of someone in the industry to someone who's providing a product. A prerequisite doesn't have to be "you can do better" to be a critic you just need that to be a critic who's gonna give insight from the industry rather than from the consumer; both of those being important to people who produce products.
It's a butthurt fans final attack on someone. Actually maybe "you're just a hater' or "oh oh oh oh you're just jealous... Yeah that's it!!!" 😒
This is why Drew is my favorite commentary RUclipsr. Most others just seem to hate on the most trivial of things while Drew and co. focuses more on humorous jabs instead of just pure hating.

I’m 2 years late, but this is a great reminder to not just be needlessly angry all the time, unless maybe if it directly impacts you. And also there is a difference between criticism and roasting something in good fun and actual seething, boiling hot rage. Let go sometimes, that way you open yourself up to the joys of life :)

Everyone is dying to bring drama into anything and I'm sick of it. Drama is ruining the whole entire world and we just add more to it. We need to just walk away from it until it dies off.
Life is a play, the world's a stage. Life is all about telling stories, and drama makes them exciting. Personally, I prefer a comedy but if you don't take some things seriously then what's the point?
A lot of drama in our lives is there because we want it to be, but that makes it all the more important to recognise when its not worth it.
I don't think anybody really gets to be important, but we do get to decide whats important to us and that kind of makes us who we are.
You have to pick your battles, but its not always a bad thing to get invested in other people's problems. In hindsight a lot of the time things don't work out how you think they will, but if you have good intentions and act thoughtfully towards other people things tend to work out for the better more often than not.

i deleted facebook, instagram, twitter, and snapchat a couple months ago, and i only check tik tok maybe once a month to see what my friends have sent me. and you wanna know the most interesting part? i don’t miss it… at all. if i really want to be informed about recent events (or even historical things) i just watch youtube or read articles. and it’s wild when you realize how much time you spend, endlessly scrolling, laying in bed, doing nothing, because now all that time is free for you to do fun stuff! read books, watch movies, write, make art, etc.!! some people definitely aren’t in the headspace yet to delete social media but imo that’s the best time to just hit delete. not for everyone, but i definitely feel so much better mentally and physically

I know this comment is so old that you probably wouldn't even remember posting it, but exactly! Like, I remember when I was still in the single digits and RUclips was barely in its infancy, so all I really had was cable, and...I genuinely feel like the people who complain about stuff like this wouldn't last a week with that
It's often more expensive than YT Premium an a few other streaming services combined, it has a bunch of mandatory unskipable ads that can't be specified to what you like because that's an internet specific thing, the ads are significantly *longer* and more frequent with what I found to be basically a 1:1 between time spent watching whatever you're trying to watch and time spent just watching the ads between scenes, and you can't skip around unless you started recording the thing you're watching ahead of time to play back later

The way he worded it was so perfect! “People are so entitled to their free content.” People complain so bad just about watching 5-30 second ads on someone’s video even though the video is literally free! They even go as far as telling others to not buy specifically from affiliate links that belong to the creator because they don’t want them to get paid. Meanwhile they are literally entertaining these people every time they put effort and time into their videos.
Like imagine being that bitter that you would want someone to spend time making QUALITY content and also want it done FREQUENTLY and on top of all of that it’s free and you can’t even do the least which is watch a quick ad to support the creator.

I watched a video that had ads and this person was complaining and someone else told them to use an ad blocker. I had to explain to them that that is why most people have sponsorships, ads in the video, because they aren't getting paid from you blocking their ads. I gladly sit and watch a couple of ten second ads, or skip past a minute one. I enjoy the creators and they deserve to be paid for all the hard work they put into it. Except for morgz. You can use an ad blocker for morgz, though I don't know why you would watch him in the first place.
