I have this tool (& 4c hair) for the attachments, mine lock in if I hold the button down as I attach it. I know you’re returning it but for anyone that sees these comments. 🧡

Did you not also get the firm smoothing brush attachment that ive seen with the Dyson? I'd like to hear your thoughts on that attachment.

I think that’s the one I said “smoothed down flyaways” lol but unfortunately I didn’t really focus on that. It was a simple attachment that helped direct air onto your hair. Nothing special happened when I used it but I can’t say I knew what I was doing lol 😅
