That poor elephant. Getting whipped to carry 500 pounds on their back, so sad. I hope the elephant is ok, sadly in those conditions probably not, heartbreaking.

They're two different situations experienced by completely different people. I'm glad for her if that's the height of her worst experiences, and still sorry that she had to deal with it. It's not a competition.
Shame on Inside Edition for labeling riding an elephant as a ''bucket list vacation experience''. It is a cruel practice. I don't consider riding an abused and enslaved animal as it's continuously being whipped, a fun time. Shame on Inside Edition for encouraging and normalizing such cruelty.
I would prefer that the elephant wasn't in captivity to give rides too. Then I have to also think of everything out there that is for our use and enjoyment that involves animals: riding horses, camel rides, sports racing and sports events like rodeos, keeping any pets, training police dogs, airport drug sniffer dogs, medical product testing, transportation, etc. WHERE DO WE DRAW THE LINE? Our Lhasa Apso dog (I wish I had her easy life) of keeping our family safe as an early warning system that someone was coming to our property and for finding my little son was the job she picked for herself. She was a natural at it (guard dog). I always knew where my son was, but live in a remote area where that might be handy one day.
I was SHOCKED that the man who was supposed to be in charge of the elephant, was just STROLLING behind the elephant , rather than attempting to regain control…but since he was abusive towards the elephant, the elephant would likely have become even more fractious. WHY on earth would you whip an elephant with or without passengers? It’s not as though you’re NOT going to antagonise the elephant 💥
Iam absolutely shocked at the ignorance of society today. The lack of common sense or any sense at all is absolutely shocking! The blame game for ignorance is disgusting!
Like the girl trying to get home from Vancouver. She needs to start researching weather conditions prior to planning trips. She chose to go snowboarding days before Christmas in the middle of a Canadian winter and then complained that the snow was inconvenient.
I'm glad I'm not the only one. The lack of common sense, courtesy, accountability, the entitlement etc. Peoples behavior in general has changed in a big way over a relatively short period of time.
The people diving off of cliffs is so worrisome! When I was 12, my brother was paralyzed at 19 from a waterskiing accident. He was the only son and it absolutely destroyed my father. In the city where I live many houses have a separate rental unit in the basement, and another separate living quarters in the upper floor. It's quite common for one floor of the house to be an airbnb while the other floor is rented to a long-term tenant. They have their own entrances. The woman that called the police on the tenants in the basement suite caused the tenants trauma. She has no reason to claim she is the one traumatized.
In the video she said the tenants were pulling the doorknob trying to get in the house. I would freak out to. Also I would never stay in a house rented to other people. Those strangers could do anything!
I love how the couple on the elephant was surprised that the elephant was acting out. Elephants don’t do that naturally obviously that elephant has been mistreated and beaten, just for them to be on it but yet they got on it anyway.
They werent squatters at all. They were legal tenants who paid rent. Direct your anger at the homeowner who didnt reveal he had people living in the basement. He was the greedy one and the girl renting the Airbnb was ridiculous.
My neighbor has a mini pig. I used to take care of it when she & her family went out of town. He wasn't the friendliest animal but as a male to win him over required food. I still never got too close. And never let him near my fingers.

On your luggage tag write info inside bag and put a info tag on the inside of your bag clipped to a strap or if nothing to clip to get some duct tape and write your info on it and stick inside where the can easily find it. I hear, in all honesty I hate traveling anymore because there’s way too much craziness going on around the world. Years ago when we could afford vacations and when my son was younger, we used to always take a 2 week long vacation, we went so many places and really enjoyed it. However anymore everything is way too expensive and it’s nothing more than a hassle, so from now on we decided to just vacation locally, here and there taking beach trips and going to the mountains/Poconos, plus where we live is literally like being on a vacation spot because we have a huge pool, nice play area, tennis courts, a fitness center as well a nice size game/lounge room, we also have barbecue areas with grills and fire pits. Although it is indeed nice to travel and visit different places, it’s also nice to not spend lots of money that you don’t have nor having to deal with too much of the public and it’s craziness. 😅 As I’m getting older I’m starting to really appreciate being a homebody, and just spending quality time with my family, because I don’t need any luxuries of taking elegant vacations or superficial things to make me happy!! Don’t get me wrong, it is nice to visit some places and do certain things, but I know that I can do that close to home and still enjoy myself!! 😊
@@dawnr5158 I totally agree. I found myself feeling tired when I returned from holidays abroad. I decided to enjoy our weather, pool, friends and wonderful beaches. After 3 weeks I returned to the office feeling totally refreshed.

-Moose feeder: "It's a magical moment." It will be less magical when the moose bites your hand off. He won't mean to, he just doesn't understand. -Jumping off the cliffs: in 2010, I was on a cruise. It stopped in Cozumel. Some guys from the ship jumped from a very MODEST height, into the water, near the beach. There were rocks. One guy broke his neck. Was airlifted to a hospital. Nobody knows if he recovered, the cruise carried on to the next stop. Broken neck! I felt sorry for him but frankly...look at them. They keep jumping.
Notice how the pigs stayed perfectly still and stared straight ahead before trying to bite? Thats a great indicator that an animal is uncomfortable and is about to go to fight or flight mode. The more you know
I moved into an apartment with a huge hidden bed bug infestation in the wood paneling walls and brown carpet. My son is allergic and had to go live temporarily at a friend's. I swear this place was ground zero for bed bugs. We ended up just leaving everything behind and buying all new. This was very very traumatizing and I have developed a severe anxiety condition ever since. It was a nightmare come to real life.

This reminds me of me lol. I rented an Airbnb in Edmonton Canada. One night at 3am, I started hearing someone coughing next room. The owner did not tell me there was someone else coming at the wee hours of the night. Being a woman and from out of town, I was very scared. The following day, I was resting in the bedroom, then I heard someone building stuff, I checked and the owner just had walked in without even letting me know he was coming…terrible experience 😊.

I was one of those volunteers this year on a flight from Panama to Cancun to keep a family together after the Boeing door blowout incident left airlines scrambling to keep there schedules with fewer planes due to the inspections needed. I was flying alone and Cancun was my final destination so it wasn't a big deal plus they upgraded me from cattle class to business class and my new flight departed only 35 min. later. Win win...

The fact there was a marked increase in activity should have been the glaring sign not to go, but many people simply expect the tour company to protect them and blithely go on with the adventure.
Also, the boat crews were WARNED of the impending danger!!!
They were told not to go!!
Safety my ars... it's all about moolah.. and anybody who goes to an active volcano fully knowing what Mother Nature is like deserves the Wrath... if it shall come your way... I fully agree with you. It's absolutely horrible people that got hurt.. but they knew or supposedly knew what they were getting into ...and. BTW...have you not heard???...mother nature is unpredictable😮
Abuse of elephants for tourist 'entertainment' is well documented online.
That poor elephant. Getting whipped to carry 500 pounds on their back, so sad.
Don’t support industry that directly abuses animals for your entertainment and you won’t have to worry about those animals breaking your back after getting upset with the abuse.
I hope the elephant is ok, sadly in those conditions probably not, heartbreaking.
The poor elephant was separated from her family then forced into slavery.
Then their friends got a crew of 6 to fly 20 hours hmmm $$$$$$ 50 grand later . I feel sorry for the enslaved elephant is right to insist get off my back
The air B&B girl said that was the most traumatic adventure in her life? Tell that to the couple riding the elephant.
They're two different situations experienced by completely different people. I'm glad for her if that's the height of her worst experiences, and still sorry that she had to deal with it. It's not a competition.
Exactly what I was thinking 😂
@@bamflr it’s not a competition but, the couple riding the elephant could have been killed, if things took a turn for the worse.
@@user-wd3po8sd7k Yes. And?

Shame on Inside Edition for labeling riding an elephant as a ''bucket list vacation experience''. It is a cruel practice. I don't consider riding an abused and enslaved animal as it's continuously being whipped, a fun time. Shame on Inside Edition for encouraging and normalizing such cruelty.
Absolutely - great point. May have been a common thing to do in the 1800s. How can so many people be so stupid?
AGREE! Stupid people
I agree
Exactly.
That is the love and respect they have for animals in that part of the world,
None.
What was he supposed to do😂
@@sheisme55tslh not whip the elephant, like tf
Thank you!!! Thank you thank you amen!!!! Who does these things!!! Common sense is no longer common!!!!
That should’ve been disclosed in the rental agreement or something when you’re going to pay rent the place

I hate that the law protects squatters. They protect criminals.
The announcer went on to say that the basement tenants were legal tanants and had the right to be there.
They werent squatters at all. They were legal tenants who paid rent. Direct your anger at the homeowner who didnt reveal he had people living in the basement. He was the greedy one and the girl renting the Airbnb was ridiculous.

Mini pigs aren't a thing. There's just pigs and baby pigs
Nothing "mini" about them
Here is a tip for traveling. On your luggage tag write info inside bag and put a info tag on the inside of your bag clipped to a strap or if nothing to clip to get some duct tape and write your info on it and stick inside where the can easily find it. Never put your info on the outside.
Another good tip.. NEVER PUT YOUR KIDS NAME ON OUTSIDE OF BACKPACKS OR LUGGAGE!

She sounded dumb.. really.
Apologies for her wrong doings with the lame excuse that “who wouldn’t share that”?! lol! She didn’t get the point did she. People wasn’t upset at her for recording her feeding the moose and share it online. 🤣

I think the reason jet blue couldn't let the people off in Newark is because that flight wasn't contracted for that airport. If it's not in the contract for the flight I think it's illegal to have passengers disembark. I could be wrong tho
I worked on the top lines for years. Why anyone would think a Cruise Line is responsible for the weather is beyond me. Also, drinking and acting totally irresponsible is rampant.
