Bread Dough 麵糰
Bread flour 高筋面粉 280g / 2cup
Caster sugar 细砂糖 30g / 1/8cup
Sea salt 海鹽 5g / 1tsp
Whole egg 全蛋 1(55g+- per egg)
Fresh milk 鮮奶 130ml+-
Instant yeast 即溶酵母 3g / 1tsp
Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油 40g / 3Tbsp
Filling 内陷
Tuna 鮪魚 120g / 1/2cup
Corn 玉米 80g / 1/2cup
Wholegrain mustard 芥末籽醬 1-2tsp
Mayonnaise 美乃滋 5-6tsp
Sea salt 海鹽 1/8tsp
Pepper 胡椒 1/8tsp
Mozzarella cheese 莫札瑞拉起司 50g / 1/4cup
Parsley 荷蘭芹
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 15-17 minutes

I made 16 pcs bread last night with the mixed dough fermented in refrigerator. The berad is fluffy and pretty, I used chicken breast, corn and green peas instead of can tuna, the filling is also tasty. I shared all bread with my coworkers, they all love the pretty shape and taste. Thanks Apron for the recipe and video.
That variation sounds really good.It shows the potential of how good recipe is.
Maybe we can use bolognese sauce as a filling

The whole dough you put to ferment in fridge ? Next day what do you do with the dough, straight shape it ? Need fermentation?

So fluffy and delicious, especially when eaten warm. But I think it would be better with a little more filling. Will definitely make it again.

Made them today and they are surprisingly good! (the combination seemed very interesting, unlikely is more like it) Even though I messed up rolling out the dough, they tasted great! Definite redo!

Hi Apron, i have been trying out some of your recipes. I have the same mixer like yours. May i know at what speed you knead and for how long ? My dough seem wet most times, and I wonder what's wrong .
Hi, i knead the dough by speed 2, each of the flour to absorb moisture are different, can try to adjust the liquid, climate and temperature are also factors
