Who will sign Steven Stamkos?
Nashville for 4 years at 8 per ear 😂😂😂😂
Marty LEADING the conversation this time and asking the questions…niiiiiiiiiice!
Interesting how we have no cap space for Stamkos even though he was willing to come down, but are trying to get even more expensive players. Stamkos is exactly what we need to win a Cup again. Stamkos back at 2C (Paul at 3C) and Guentzel in either of our top 2 lines would be devastating in the playoffs.
Sergachev has gotten better through the years and was a great D-man in 22-23. Proceeds to tear a ligament, then comes back and immediately breaks his leg, now I have to hear people say he "plateaued" at 25 and can't play defense. That's insane. And where are the heavy hitters if we lose Jeannot?
Why everyone touts Hedman amazes me! Many many times I've seen him lollygag up to the net and then gets behind it while Vasilevski was on his own. I feel he has slowed down considerably.
Then, and I know I'll hear about this, there's Kucherov. I'm wondering what everyone thought about his playing in this year's playoffs...............no goals? After everyone fed him the puck time and time again to beat his record during the regular season.
I don't know where we are going, but my gut says if these guys don't dig in, we'll be in the same place as this year.

WTF are you watching? Lemme guess...you started following the Lightning in 2020 when they won the Cup?
Stamkos was not ar 2C and hasn’t played center in years. Also Sergachev move is more about him not being worth his contract than not being a good player. Even in a career year (22-23) he wasn’t worth 8.5. And he wasn’t playing at a 8.5M dollar level pre leg break
40 goal production, 60%+ was on the PP from guess who? 86 and 77, the man was a merchant and the most detrimental player on the top 6 all year long factoring in 5 on 5 and +/-
It was his time to move on, if Kucherov didn't run the league for his absurd points then Stamkos wouldn't have had such a good year.
Stammer to nashville for 4 years at 8 per year
Way to go Dubas!
Dubas will now go to the scrap pile and pick up another Jesse Puljujarvi, Graves, Nieto, Acciari, Hayes. I'm tired. I'm done.
You are penguins fan huh?
@@red3here It's tough, Dubas sucks. Hyman $5.5AAV, McCann $5AAV vs Tavares $11 AAV. Not to mention Matt Murray, Foligno, etc. Yes I'm a Pens fan, not a Dubas 1.
Common Stevie Y, work your magic!
No, this sucks to be a Lightning fan. Should have kept Stamkos, Duclair, and Sergachev....if you are going to trade away anyone, should have traded away Hedman !
Fucking L take. Sure let’s send off the stalwart wall of the blue line
I have been a Lightning Fan since the Barn! You are delusional! Stamkos stock and energy is dropping off. Tampa should have traded him 2 years ago!
hedman is getting extended soon bud. i'm fine with stamkos and sergachev gone. duclair, i agree TBL should have tried to have kept him.
You have no idea what you're talking about.
@@a.t.smayda There's worse than Stamkos whose energy is dropping off.
