08 Gms Gelatin
50 Gms Sugar
Coffee Mousse
6 Gms Gelatin
126 gms fresh cream
60 Gms Egg yolk (2 nos)
125 gms milk
75 gms Sugar
225 gms whipped cream
25 gms Roasted coffee beans
Chocolate Cup
Tempered Chocolate

Option for gelatin ? Can use agar agar ? If yes how much quantity kindly suggest
Definitely you can use agar agar.
For 1 litre liquid use 150 gm sugar and 8 gm agar agar. Make sure you bring the mix to 80C and above to activate the agar agar. Thanks.
