Excellent presentation. love your work
Love the work mate!
Fremantle’s been kissed with their hand, they’ll have so much talent again this year on top of their talented list. As an eagles fan im livid 😅.
😂 yeah, the deals they’ve done are looking great now! Will be interesting if they do any deals with Richmond for Baker or Bolton! Still think theres an outside chance west coast trade pick 3 for 8 and 11 with Gold Coast if they can’t get a deal done with Richmond.
@@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft I think they definitely need to consider Bolton, they’ve got the picks for it. They’re strong across the board. I would not mind that deal for the eagles but I don’t know if we get Draper or FOS that late or even Lalor if dockers don’t do a deal. Thoughts on X Lindsay? I would not mind him in the early teens for WCE if we somehow get a few picks inside the top 20.
If I were West Coast, I’d be chewing of their hand for pick 8 and 11! You’re right, players like Xavier Lindsay are so close to that top group! I’m a huge fan. Lindsay, has a huge tank, his disposal by foot is elite, maybe doesn’t have the clearance skills of a couple of the top dogs but he’s got superstar traits.
Thanks to us 🫠
Would love to see a 2nd round aswell?
Do you see a world where the crows trade back in this season? Or if we bring in Draper trade out crouch or laird
I think there's an argument, you could trade Laird or Crouch. Not sure what the currency would be though. Don't think it would generate high end draft picks. Definitely think the future of that midfield is Dawson, Draper, Soligo and then run your Rankine Rachele types through in bursts.
They trade back their first rounder if FOS Smillie Draper and Smith are picked before them which is likely if they finish above 14th.
Reason being they could trade back get 2 late picks to select Travaglia who could be a prototype HB/Mid similar to young and dawson, they could also select Dodson if he elects AFL over NBA that would be the only situation imo as stated Dodson would have to elect and we need to be certain Draper isn't coming our way.
Even still it would be silly of the Crows to not use a top 5 draft pick when we need mids don't like the Oliver trade either to high risk for a player that may have 3-5 years good years left in him.
@@carlocarbone2859 yeah agree! The issue this year, is no one wanting to trade up, because they won’t see a significant advantage, maybe the only player I could see someone trading up for, outside the top 5 is Lalor.
I hope the dockers have eyes on Bo Allan. Love going local talent he was also training with freo early this year. Joe berry would also be perfect replacement for Walters next year probably heading into his final season of footy.
Yeah I’m a huge Allen fan. My only hesitation in pinning him to freo is their recent drafting. Johnson and Erasmus are both 190cm mids similar to Allen so might be over capitalising. The Berry one is a no brainer. They also could trade a pick for Bolton/Baker
Dylan picking j.smith #1 .. what is this, footnet? Solid review
Wouldn’t get anywhere near it in Footnet 😂
You don't go needs at pick 1, dude. Best player. FOS. Richmond's clearance woes are because 17 of their best midfielders are out injured every week.
You generally don’t go needs at pick 1, but the field has been hard to split this year. FOS hasn’t been able to get the runs on the board yet. Could change by November!
Given the Swans list currently and the future boys coming through i love the Hynes pick and i wonder if (given that there is more likely to be some other bids) that the two picks fall to 23-24 region and they take one of the Whitlock brothers to allow Hamling to be the extra spare defender rather than Francis in 2025 and have Buller and Whitlock as the KPFs
Yep! There definitely will be more bids, could see Essendon trying to trade up etc to get ahead of a Kako bid. It’s a good shout on Whitlock’s too, there’s a sense that the group of talls, Shanahan, sims, Whitlock’s etc are sitting around the 20-30 mark. Given the explosion of Langford, Lindsay types. Sydney are really well placed with those back to back picks!
@@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft Yep with Swans two picks i wouldn't be surprised if its a combo of Hynes/Murphy and Whitlock/Whitlock/Shanahan. With 56 it should float in with all the bids allowing them to honestly pick the top remaining on their draft board as i wouldn't be surprised if someone ranked in the 20s is still left around 45-50
@@kybroome yeah, there’s going to be a couple of seriously good sliders in this draft, given the evenness! Excited to see who it will be 😝
Jagga is he more Serong or Daicos like?
I’d say at stoppage, he’s more Daicos like. Has that sixth sense and movement to never be tackled. On transition it’s a different story, doesn’t kick the ball long like Daicos and rarely hits the scoreboard!
definitely daicos
who should the crows look at if draper's off the board?
If Draper goes before Adelaide’s pick, it probably means FOS or Jagga has slipped through. Think that would force Adelaide’s hand. Sam Lalor is just about my fav player in the draft though. Petracca vibes! He’d have to be in consideration.
@@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft I think either Langford or Lalor would be a perfect fit at the Crows. I also really like the look of Bo Allen. If a bid on Tyler Welsh doesn't come until after the Crows second pick I would be looking at Hamish Davis if he was still available.
@@MattyQ1975Yeah Langford has been great! Think Lalor has the potential to be the most damaging with his explosiveness. I think of Allen, Langford and Hynes you’d only want to take one. Just as they’re quite similar.
@@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft Personally, for those three my order would be Langford, Allen and then Hynes. I really like how Lalor has that little bit of mongrel in him, along with his forward craft; I just have Langford ahead of Lalor based on what Langford achieved across the Championship.
Can u do round 2
Soon ❤
@@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft nice
Bo Allen to the Hawks. Love it.👍.Keep up the good work.(Is Connor Nash leaving the Hawks?🤷)Last few weeks as Hawks move up the ladder & down in draft picks I've thought Bo Allen would be good for Hawks. He can play down back and rotate through midfield. So, he,Josh Battle & Will Day can all go through mid field & go down back.So yeah good choice.Keep up the good work.👍😁
Thanks mate! No Connor Nash not leaving 😂 I just have this belief that he’ll be replaced by someone better! Maybe Allen is the guy. But yeah, agree Allen would start down back and be groomed for a while!
Hoping Lalor or Langford are available at dons first pick and obviously no bid on Kako
Yeah, Essendon have a really flexible position with the nga rules! I doubt Lalor will be available but Langford definitely could be! Think he’d be perfect for Essendon, bigger body over Parish, Merret and Shiel types and an upgrade on Setterfield.
Eagles need pace. North need tall key position players. they can actually trade an early pick for a few later picks and to target key position guys. Most of the early picks are smaller mids.
It’s a good shout! Only problem is what WC can offer to north to get it done. West Coast only hold pick 23 atm outside their first rounder. Might not be enough for north to get what they want.
@@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft North can trade with anyone to get multiple draft picks and then recruit talls. Of course the issue is that talls take longer to develop, so North will have to manage without tall defenders for a few more years. I doubt Barrass would consider North and I'd be surprised he'd want to leave Perth unless someone offers a significantly better deal. Rotham isn't really up to it, but if North is really lacking with mid size defenders that can play tall then Rotham could be traded to North for a pick in the late 40s say.
8 & 11 for Rioli, who's turning 28 next year? I'd genuinely laugh at Gold Coast if they make that trade it would be worse than trading pick 2 for Weller.
Hey mate! I’d agree if it was any other team but we can’t judge Gold Coast the same. They’ll have to match a bid for gun academy prospect Leo Lombard so they need to offload one of the picks regardless. Really they’re only trading one of those picks.

❤
Hope tigers get Draper. Looks a jet.
Yeah, he’s good! I’d be surprised he if he went number one but not shocked 😂 there is genuine uncertainty this year between Jagga, Smillie, Ashcroft, Draper, FOS
2 top 10 picks for Rioli? 😂😂
Yeah it sounds crazy! But ultimately comes down to what draft picks are worth to GC. They have an academy bid to wait for, so they either need to get ahead of the bid or offload the picks. Ends up being a win win.
You can laugh but that's what was offered by GC supposedly
@@sov839😂😂 Says who? He’s not in the top 50 player ratings. Gold Coast would be crazy to offer this.
Why would essendon select Kako when they can wait for a bid and get him for cheaper - you seem knowledgeable in the draft but lose credibility with something like this
Yeah, mentioned that in the vid! They won’t use that pick on him, they’ll either try to get ahead or trade back. The moving parts in that would move things all over the place so I just stuck to the order. Only traded with the real obvious ones.
😂😂😂
Huuuuuuuge!
