I remember really liking your Advance Wars CO Tier List videos. I've actually listened to those videos several times because I love the way you explain why COs are broken/not broken.
[Sees part on Deltre] OH, so THAT explains the Deltre comments on your PoR Maniac videos.
I will just say that my content is definitely not for everyone here, firstly I definitely fall into that issue you had with Deltre in that my videos, especially FE, tend to be long. I personally disagree with shorter videos but I understand you points. Why I do longer videos on FE is that I feel Fire Emblem chapters don't really have good "stopping points" and so often cutting the video mid-chapter feels awkward to me. The exception is the DS games with their map save points. No offense, but I've actually had a hard time getting into a few of your and Mekkah's LPs because sometimes the videos begin two-thirds of the way into a map and that can be hard to follow. A few days ago I tried to watch Mekkah's FE6 Reverse Recruitment and one video started right when you were fighting Eric, i.e. the VERY END of a chapter. It made me a little confused and I had to read the comments to understand where you were at. Also, sometimes it's hard to tell where one chapter ends and another begins just from looking at the playlist. But to each their own, we all have our own styles. My community has been okay with hour-long uploads for a while so I still do them. I don't care too much about getting HUGE views or anything, as long as my community is okay with them.
Second thing about my videos that might turn people off. Remember the early days of the FE community where all everyone cared about was growths and pre-promotes were thought to suck? Well... I'm pretty unashamedly someone who's still stuck in that era. I've seen Mekkah's pitfalls videos and a lot of his "units you think are good but suck/vice-versa" videos, and I'm fully aware this isn't what's considered "being good at FE" nowadays. But I still play the way I did 10 years ago, because I find it more fun. I like seeing weak-starting units become ultra-badasses in Endgame. Though in the videos where I do "unit reviews" I do take into account the LTC view and point it out. It's just not how I personally play. Also, I tend to have battle animations turned on in all FE games I do, because it makes the characters seem more like people and less like faceless units.
But anyway, people might not like the way I go about FE, but there are plenty of other FE-tubers out there who cover other playstyles, and that's what's so great about this video, it covers a lot of different FE-tubers, from speedrunners to LTC-ers to analysis videos to casual LPs. I'm sure there's something for everyone in here.

Before watching this, I could literally count on one hand the amount of FE youtubers that I've watched (and thought were the only ones to still exists). Some more FEH youtubers:
*Sacred Spear* is definitely on par with Dire Thunder in informativeness of FEH and my personal favourite when it comes to builds and stuff.
*Akariss* is also extremelly well versed on the game, but he is far more focused on streaming on twitch. Has great ftp experience and offers info on being competetively active without spending money.
*Brotel* has very good guides that offer alternatives to Pheonixmaster1 (often helped me out when pheonixmasters couldn't, is also often quicker than him with releasing guides).
*Speedyhawk* is also entertaining to watch, he offers infos too but focuses mostly on summoning videos which are very well edited.

Big shoutout to MageKnight404 for actually introducing me to Mangs. He was the first person that I saw doing LPs of Fire Emblem when I got into the series a few years back, and he occasionally brought up this fellow named "Mangs" so I thought I would check out this Norwegian dude do Fire Emblem LPs and, well, I'm still here.

His Spotifyre Emblem and Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn playthroughs were amazing, at least to me.

When I decided to start making content you inspired me to start doing fire emblem content as one of the main games I play on my channel. I planned to only do Pokemon, but because you're and Mekkkah's let's play together brought something unique and that inspired to bring what the Pokemon community do and try it with Fire Emblem.
Thank you and the other content that got me into the Fire Emblem community and inspire me to try something new. Hope the best for everyone.
Trying to get my own channel set up, planning a SS run with a friend who has never played FE before, so here's hoping I can get that set up in a reasonable amount of time
Overall I have a lot of respect for the FE community-especially the RUclipsrs, we seem to get a bad rep because of old Classic vs casual drama but when you actually look into the community you find extremely humble, knowledgable, dedicated people who clearly care about the franchise
The moment that sealed the deal to me was Mang's 50,000 sub stream when he, Mekkkah, Ray, and Ghast had to determine if there was a wall or floor tile in order to not get killed
Sounds small right? But everyone put their FE knowledge out there and eventually made the right decision, In depth Gameplay from people we love to watch all working together on something as small as a floor/wall texture! That's just impressive no matter which way you slice it
you should look into the channel unluckylunnyman they are doing something like that right now for the SS run

I will say that every one of these content creators are amazing and The fact of the matter is that everyone deserves the respect that Mangs is giving them. The fact of the matter is that because of markyjoe I started developing and becoming a better fire emblem player and is how I started getting into rom hacking. Mekkah made me realize how to do LTC runs and I love to them. The community is growing due to the newer games even if those games aren't the best in the series.As I'll always say a bad fire emblem game still is an amazing game. All of the let's players will always teach you something new about the series. I am proud to say I'm in this community. Now then the heroes community isn't the best as it is a gacha game but still it's fire emblem so it still is amazing.Dondon is just an amazing RUclipsr for doing LTC. Just give everyone on this list a chance even if they haven't uploaded in almost a year.With them and Mangs the community has become amazing.

One channel i would like to add is Akariss. He makes exclusively videos about Heroes and the standout is that he uses math to calculate the probabilities of summoning certain units in banners, reviews them, making feather farming guides and so on. He is a player that consistenly strives to achieve top 1k ranks in Arena/Aether raids without spending any money on the game.

Excellent video Mangs. It's pretty cool that you're giving a great number of these channels exposure, even to some that you may not personally care for, such as Model Omega.
One person I think deserves a shout-out in a follow-up video is SD King Otaks. He's a Heroes RUclipsr who dabbles in some light shitposting every now and then. His upload schedule is a bit sporadic, but his Beruka solo vids of Grand Hero Battles are a joy to watch. In particular, he solo'd Michalis on Abyssal which is just rad.
This video is exactly what I needed! I started watching your and Mekkkahs channel about a month ago. I watched the Mangs Dungeon video recently and really enjoyed it, even though I didn't get like most of the references. But it made me really curious about all the other people in it, so this video came just at the right time.
I originally did not want to watch this video, not gonna lie. But am I really glad that I did. This is the community that I'm proud to be a part of. Some of these channels have been there for me in some rather tough times in my life and this video really sent me down memory lane. I found myself just smiling multiple times throughout the video itself. Mangs, you did a service to this community by making this video and we can't thank you enough. Much love

Very good video Mangs, I am glad you made something like this because it not only showed me some names i was not familiar with, but it also gave me a better insight into some people i actually knew as well. I am currently writing a fictional story and i visited your channel because one of the references i wished to use to portray my story involved elements from FE7, funnily enough i also visited Ghast because of his support sciences as well, and i have to agree that his insight on Hector was amazing. Watching your let's play with Mekkkah was very entertaining, and it showed me just how fun can it be to watch the series not only by story, but by commentary as well. (Just felt like sharing that)
As far as youtubers go i feel i have to mention this guy, not only because of his content but because of how genuinely entertaining i found him. I am speaking about LuBu Feng Xian (Currently in about aproximately 56k subs), the guy not only is he astute with Fire Emblem Heroes, but his content and opinions about the game are very spot on, the best trait i have to give the guy is that he has amazing charisma (in my opinion) due to his unique character. If you have not seen his Soul Calibur 6 videos with FE characters, i think you will find them entertaining, as well as some of his "Brain Damaged" storytelling he does for many Heroes characters.
Very good job once more, i have loved this franchise since the release of Sacred Stones (that's when i genuinely learned about FE) and seeing the input of others aid me into liking this more. I hope to see more videos like this one in the future, oh and i feel like saying this otherwise i'll forget: Happy Holidays!

Very nice to see Klingy on the list, lol. I've known him for a good 2 years now and have talked with the guy every now and then. His most recent FE LP's, Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn, are super clean, detailed, and he, as Mangs said, definitely knows what he's talking about. He's a very likable guy overall and I'm glad I found his channel, especially with him being 10 years on RUclips as very recently.
Something that is worth noting though is that he is very "PC", "Kid-friendly"? Not really sure what the proper term is... but very unlike Mangs. No swearing, no sexual jokes or dark humor, none of that. Ranting is very rare, with the only time I can think of it happening being the Ryoma Chapter in his Conquest LP. But I don't think that detracts from his commentary or his content at all. He's very friendly and has made fairly detailed character bios for every single recruit-able character in PoR and Radiant Dawn (Which sorry Mangs, I think are better than yours. :p)
He also has stuff for people who enjoy things other than Fire Emblem, the big one being Persona, some Phoenix Wright, but also a bit of Pokemon. All in all, great guy, and great videos. Glad to see he's on the list. :)
PS: and as someone else in the comments mentioned, Klingy's accent is indeed Australian.

The thing about my "kid-friendly"-ness is, well it's not so much that and more that I like to make my commentary match the age rating of the game I'm playing. "Hell", "Damn" and occasionally "bastard" is as far as Fire Emblem goes, so I don't go higher when doing FE commentary. Occasional sex jokes are fine in Persona and later FEs because they make those kind of jokes in-game, but I wouldn't do that in Pokemon. (The furthest I go is "that could sound really bad out of context") I guess I could swear in Persona if I wanted to, but by the time I started playing those games not swearing had become part of my style so I didn't. Funny thing is I actually swear a TON off-camera.

Even guys you don't necessarily like personally, see eye to eye with or get along with you still managed to praise them and their work and content. That's really classy. You want the FE community to grow and for people to succeed in it. You also give very frank but useful constructive criticism; there should be more people who do that in everything and anything.
Also seeing you learning and growing by admiring other people's strengths when it comes to their content, production values and editing skills is really humbling and admirable too. I'm one of the people who rags on when you make mistakes and also gets frustrated at some of the things that you do but you have really grown as a player and I do admit that playing while doing live commentary is hard. I mean, I see Mekkah not play to his usually standards and just having fun when he does his streams.
I'm a big fan of a lot of content producers you mentioned especially you, Ghast, Deltre and Mekkah. Marky Joe and Blazing I watch from time to time also. Mageknight I'm a fan of as well; I liked the hack he was working on and his FEE3 videos. Keep it up Mangs; hope you keep growing as an individual and as a channel as well. Merry xmas and happy new year. Also, I know you're good buddies but please more back and forth shitposting with Mekkah again in the future; those were among my favorite videos.

Excellent list of Fire Emblem RUclipsrs Mangs! There are quite a few that I've known and subscribed to over the years. As a Fire Emblem fan and having played multiple fire emblem games, mostly GBA and SNES games, here are a few that stand out for me:
DD151 - It is really unfortunate about what happened to his laptop and his LP on Fire Emblem - Shadow Dragon, H2 0% growths run. Nevertheless, I enjoyed his LTC and 0% growths run of Thracia 776 (It looks quite difficult to pull off, but he made it happen and did it with a triple S-rank run, which is amazing!).
MarkyJoe - I enjoyed his commentary and of course, his channel art, which features the Touhou character, Reisen Udongein Inaba (which also happens to be my favorite Touhou character). His ragefest videos and other commentaries make him unique.
Mekkkah - I loved his Waifu analysis videos, Fire Emblem pitfalls, and of course, his FE7 HHM negative growths run.
Pavise - I enjoyed his fire emblem videos, especially about various mechanics in fire emblem games and what not.
Mageknight404 - I enjoyed his fire emblem videos and his commentaries (Radiant Dawn, Sacred Stones, Path of Radiance, Genealogy of the Holy War to name a few)
Ghaststation - His fire emblem support sciences and character analysis.

Their are a few people that you missed. The first is Mamodxx. He hasn't done a ton of Fire Emblem content recently, but he has a ton on his channel and I found him through his Fire Emblem videos.
The next is JaeAIK. He has done some pretty interesting videos recently about different cipher arts. Lastly you didn't mention Marbels. He mainly does Fire Emblem Heroes content where he will do really hard maps with units who aren't considered very good.
Also, I agreed with what you said about Ghast. His channel is sooo good. Unfortunately, I find his current LP to be kinda low quality. He relies on old memes and his randomizer is technically a PME, making it feel less organic this his Conquest randomized LP. And with his support science, he can get repetitive, but the content is top notch. I especially loved the Zihark one because I happened to not know all the Radiant Dawn stuff beforehand, even though I had played the game.
I still remember discovering the FE community here for the first time. I finished my first game, FE7, and I heard there was such thing as a randomizer for it. It intrigued me, so I searched for a video on it. I found a series by someone known as Odinspack, and that hooked me in. I then found Deltre, MarkyJoe, and eventually you. I've haven't been a FE fan for long, but the community here has helped me to love the series even more.
I stumble upon youtube to watch some of omegaevolution's FE LP long time ago and MaxHP's FE7 (I think he stopped it?). At some point, I saw your FE7 LP on my list and decided to watch it. At first thought, I don't really enjoy watching LP with commentary, but somehow listening to your and Mekkah doing commentary together are fun to listen to.
Starting that FE7 LP momment, I really enjoy your channel with all of your contents that you have there like Corrinquest, PME, spotlight. I remember Mekkah's voice sound like robot, but got improve when you did FE11 and FE9-10. I wish you guys best of luck, Merry Xmas and Happy New Years.
I know and love a lot of these creators so it's great to see them get the spotlight they deserve. I hope the Fire Emblem youtube community continues to grow!
Okay, so I think the only RUclipsr you missed (that I'm aware of) was another relatively small one called "Unassuming Venusaur", who makes hacks for custom support conversations for various underutilised characters, most of which are actually community-submitted which UV then implements into the hack and converts it into an actual support in the game (so long as they aren't voiced over like in Echoes)
But yeah they're a pretty good channel and I highly recommend you at least give them a quick shoutout in some way :)

I discoveted your channel after I played FE7 for the first time and I really enjoyed the content, because it was easy to watch and funny. Since I started with the FE7 Ranked Run, I also discovered Mekkkah and I think you two mentioned DD151 a lot of times too, who I came to know when watching his FE5 let's play. Your videos really made me appreciate Fire Emblem more, and I am truly thankful for what all of you have been doing.

This video makes me want to start recording myself playing through FE games. After watching Mekkah's pitfalls, my love for Fire Emblem has been renewed, especially because I had fallen into so many of said pitfalls. It's interesting to see myself go from "I'm going to milk as much EXP and turtle as hard as I can" into "How can I efficiently beat this chapter without prolonging over what is necessary.

Most of the content creators on this list, including you Mangs, were inspirations for me to start my own RUclips channel up after having it for 7 years of doing jack with it. Especially Zerk with his analysis videos. Though that is because his voice made me feel less scared to put mine out there.
I watch all of Dire Thunder's videos he is great. What about Sacred Spear? I'd give a shout out to Nimious but I don't think he's on yt anymore, went over to twitch I think

For me (and I know this isn't applicable for everyone, but when it comes to let's plays of lengthy games like fire emblem, I like to have it to the side and just listen and then check every once in a while while I myself play fire emblem, often not noticing the time of the video itself

Funny enough I found you through Mekkah and not the other way around. I was looking for opinions and strats to S Rank FE7(which I've never done) and found his video, liked his analysis and checked out more stuff then saw his FE7 lets play with you. I instantly loved the dynamic both of you had together. At first it was confusing because I saw his shit post videos and thought you guys were enemies or something, how glad I am I was wrong about that.

I’m glad to see bigklingy getting some love, he was the first FE RUclipsr that I subscribed to and is a big part of why I decided to get awakening which is what hooked me on the series to begin with. I would recommend anyone who’s interested to check out the character bios he makes in the episodes they join in because they are second to none in the community.

Mekkah hit the nail on the head about voicing the audience’s concerns. Nothing against you, Mangs, of course. As you said in your Mang’s Myths video, playing FE well and doing commentary well at the same time is very difficult. Having Mekkah there with you to support you is almost cathartic.
Do you think you’ll play Three Houses together? I think it might be cool to see what both of you think in real time. On the other hand, you probably both want a lets play on your channel. Maybe you could do like a simultaneous playthrough together? Like commenting together and playing your own versions of the game at the same time. Then we can see how different both of you play in real time? Idk, might be cool.
