Today I made fish balls by cleaning the yellow croaker that was sleeping in the freezer. I think it would be better to use light types of fish, such as cod or white fish.
I tried it three ways: in the oven, in an air fryer, and steamed, but it tasted lighter when steamed, and I felt like I could taste the ingredients better.

480g of white fish such as cod
100g squid
100g of your favorite vegetables (carrots, perilla leaves, peppers, etc.)
1 egg white
2 tablespoons Korean pancake powder or flour
1 tablespoon starch
salt
pepper
Oven 170-180 degrees for 15-20 minutes
Air fryer 165-170 degrees 15-20 minutes
Steam 10-13 minutes
(Depends on environment)
Check the consistency of the dough and add more powder.
You can adjust the amount of vegetables according to your preference.
Korean pancake powder also contains salt, so add a small amount of salt to adjust the seasoning.
