First class fabrication you two! Great idea to keep the stock ball joints dad. Nice beads Beth. I expected nothing less. Get a coat of matt black on there before it's all white and crusty.
Great video, it’s brilliant seeing the car taking shape and the mods required. They don’t teach you this kind of specialist work in college. I used to have a V70 which I changed the tie rods on, but it always had the turning circle of a barge or cruise ship!
Brilliant job guys I think keeping as many stock parts as possible is a good idea it makes life easier down the road. Beth it's great to watch a skilled welder doing a great job. cheers Nigel
Nice to see you back Beth and glad you're feeling better. Your shop has so many tools; it's very impressive and I wish I had some of those even though I have no place to put any of them, haha. Oh btw, those TIG welds are beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Love the progress! Would be awesome if you could make another set of that lock kit and send it stateside for me! Lmao. Need one for my 960 mk1 build lol
Had a feeling not seeing you for a while on the videos beth that the covid had got to you. Good too see you back again. The band saw sounds like has some teeth missing on the blade.
We did but the PCV valve is designed not to pass oil just vapour, so we cleaned that out and will keep an eye on it, if it fills we will fit a tap at a later stage. thanks!
It's designed to drain back to the sump, right? I've noticed a bit of oil in my air filter hose anyway. Do you think it's a bad idea to just stick a catch can in series with the stock an run a hose to the air filter hose like stock?
I'm wondering what you're doing in terms of tuning it. Are you getting another chip made for it? Otherwise I'd just scale the MAF and injectors up proportionately, works great. Not a lot of people that can live-tune these properly. Best thing is to chuck a speeduino ecu at it if you want some control.
Fantastic quality welding on that catch can!

Hi Beth 👋
Such a nice TIG welding, so you have to clear coat it 👍
Good to see you're back Beth 😊. Excellent TIG-welding 👌
Nice to see which skills are needed to build a drift car.
I love watching these vids, reminds me of the days of me and my dad in his workshop in Docking 😊
Brilliant work from both. The best tig welder on you tube. Very glad to hear you are better after covid.
Good to see the Volvo again, great work.
Good to see you both…and happy to hear you’ve recovered from covid. Great update and progress.
Very tidy bit of fabrication there! Lovely neat work.
Great update
Y’all make an awesome pair!!!!!
Looking forward to its first outing, top welds!. Cheers for Sharing, good to have ye back! Mac from Stafford.
Nice welding.
Man I had the rona myself and it sucked bad so I understand why the videos slowed down. Hope your doing better. Excellent work

Humble and awesome at the same time! You're a great team.
Nice job✌👍
Very much enjoying this project. Great to see the inventive fabrication which has gone into it.
Thanks!
Skillz 👍
Nice welds Beth. 👍
"Nobody else at a drift event with a Volvo". Hahaha there's loads on the drifting scene.
We meant there's no Volvo's at our local drift event, seen several at other events and they looked great drifting!
Welcome back!
Hi Beth glad your feeling better now missed your videos hope your looking forward to many new uploads your looking as ever beautiful Beth 😘
I hope so too!

Pro Tig welder !.... compass giving you trouble 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Its a new Blade Chris, it seems to jump on the join so i think it may be misaligned when they welded the blade together!
@@usherengineering179 not suprised really the quality of stuff nowadays isnt very good, even if you pay a decent price for stuff.
Thank you both for another fine video.
Beth: did you say you are also building yourself a racing car? Can we have a video about that, please?
Possibly..... i have considered a video but we will see
Wish I could weld as good as you Beth. Did you consider a drain tap the catch can?
We did but the PCV valve is designed not to pass oil just vapour, so we cleaned that out and will keep an eye on it, if it fills we will fit a tap at a later stage. thanks!

We have installed a megasquirt ecu (last video) and should be going on the dyno in a week for tuning
@@usherengineering179 oops, must've mlssed that one haha.
Hi, would be interested in buying both! Price please 🙂
Just welded the diff in my 740 wagon, nowhere to drift in east Yorkshire though, legally......
Beth will you marry me ? i will take care off the cooking and the laundry
