When the Quest 3 first came out, I wanted a headstrap knowing I was gonna hate the jockstrap it came with. The Binbok T3 was being sold I got it and it came before the Quest 3 did. I was using the T3 and had none of the battery issues or whizzing that others had; however, I’m not an elite strap lover so I finally replaced it with the Binbok. The Sonicare headstrap is identical to the T3 and is also being sold. If u like elite headstraps the T3 is definitely a good headstrap to use. (And you know me, I got the Oblik facial interface which makes any headstrap more comfortable!!! 😂)
Glad you're enjoying yours. This is their updated strap that solves some of the issues that people were having with the previous version and is still largely the same design.
Ah,the options are expanding, this is great. It seems pretty solid for ones who just need headstrap that is not straight up rubbish like anything meta has,and gives a decent amount of battery life.Might not be as comfy as other options maybe, but it doesn't look cheap either.Getting a headstrap,2 batteries AND a charging dock for like 90 bucks is pretty huge tho, really good value imo. However I find the banana batteries silly and unreasonably big(unless you count design as a reason),but not much to complain about.Very interesting and good review!
Have you got any issues with battery noice when your are using it ? I have read reviews on reddit who says that the battery is making a buzz noice when in use on the quest 3. I would lige to say that thoes reviews is 6-9 monts old. Really consider this over the kiwi k4 boost.
@MyTechGearGaming Cool. So there is no chance that when i order via there own webside, that i could get one of the older models with the battery and wheel fail on it ? :)
The link I put in the video description takes you straight to the 'T3S Plus' version which is the one in the video. Binbok had told me that they had updated their website and removed the older 'T3' model. However, if you click on the single battery version on that page it looks like the single battery version is still the old model. I'll check with them and see if that's right or whether it's just a typo on their website or not. If you buy the twin battery version though you'll be fine.
@DigitalDahl so I just heard back from Binbok and they have updated their website. You would have got the new head strap, their website just needed updating. So, if you go to the page from the link in the video description you will get the new T3S head strap regardless of whether you buy the single or two battery version.
@@MyTechGearGaming so nice! Thanks! Another question. I have read on reddit that kiwi will announce a k4 boost called duo with headphones straps. Have you got any other information on that ? :)
You could use any wireless pcvr protocol such as air link, steam link, or virtual desktop. You could still use a USB cable but you would need to unplug the battery from the headset in order to do that.
Binbok are less well known than others but they have been around for a while. Plenty of reviews online of not only their Quest 3 headstraps but also their previous quest 2 ones too.

I got the same strap system and am quite pleased with it.

I'm glad you liked the review. Yes, it's great that we are getting more and more good options to choose from now.

There were issues with their older headstrap batteries. This is their newest version though and I've had no problems with the battery.
