I do like pumpkin pie and sweet potatoes only because they do taste similar but that's really it for me but if I'm ever given an opportunity now I know what this is I will definitely try it just for the experience. However thanks for the video as always.
Hey Ling. Nice dish but I don't think I'll be making anything like this. Due to my mother in law's health, I have to stick to stir frying greens and seafoods. The ones highly recommend are broccoli and salmon. Sometimes I prepare dishes for my own. It's the only way to go.

I have stir fried salmon before and could do it again with broccoli with onions. I would add oyster sauce and cooking wine to taste. I never add salt or sesame oil. Who knows, you may want to make a video. Speaking of that, I never saw your face. Was the videographer absent? Take care.

How can I tell the punkin is fresh in the market?
Fresh pumpkin should feel firm and skin is hard.
