For the stringing, when doing antique dolls, we started the loop at the neck to avoid trying to pull it around the corners. Once you get the elastic loop through the neck and one leg hole you can use forceps to grab the elastic. Finally, instead of threading the elastic under the wires, you can use tiiiiiiiny S-hooks to hook the pin and the elastic. :) That way, when the elastic gets thin, it's so much easier to replace, and it's easier to adjust the tension from the neck hole.

We actually had a pretty lengthy discussion about making the bunny butt. He didn't sculpt one at first, but I thought a cute little tushie would be fine (it would also match the Hujoo cat doll). It was pretty hillarious that we had a serious art critique about how much butt cheek would be acceptable on this doll, lol!

I am SO impressed by your ability to draw up a doll schematic -TO SCALE- and then hand it to your husband who can turn the schematic into a 3D printable model and actually print it and all the parts work??? Big congrats to both of you!
