She is absolutely stunning. Your perseverance is unmatched. As artists, we often look back & see what we call mistakes, etc., but we can also look back & see how much we've grown and learned since. I'm in awe of your talent & still love that sense of humor. 😊
I love her axolotl ears. I tried making a squirrel out of clay. Just doing that and failing reminds me of how awesome an artist you are! Everything you do IS A very BIG deal! Pat yourself on the back. Even for the water. Because you fixed the leak. Your resin cured. Because the whole thing is awesome!
Thank you so much ^_^ It is important not to make mistake-free projects, but to not give up when the mistakes occur and try to fix them :) This is how we learn ^_^
She is stunning! Your dolls deserve to be in an art gallery or a museum. Also, a note on the tears: It gets really windy around the ocean, so I imagine that any tears she shed would be somewhat windswept. So it’s fine if they look like that.
This doll brings to mind the mermaid’s song from Pirates of the Caribbean!!! 🎵My heart is pierced by Cupid, I disdain all glittering gold! There is nothing can console me, but my jolly sailor bold!🎵 ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Creates awesome diorama. Nitpicks every tiny imperfection. :D Seriously, she's amazing. Maybe a light right behind the resin will show more of what's beneath. Even if it doesn't, this is beautiful.
Always looking for stuff to improve in the future ^_^ I will display her with some back lights and on white background :) That should help at least a little :)
Greetings from Russia❤ You have won my heart. You have such wonderful, unimaginable works, you are my favorite doll maker. I would like to include all the words of praise that I know, but your works leave me speechless. Thank you for sharing your creations with the world.
@@CatmeleonStudio You answered me🥺 You have such complex detailed works, you create whole dioramas, giving even more atmosphere to the dolls. I'd rather be disappointed in myself than in your work😸❤❤❤
Your husband is right, the dark water adds to the mood of your diorama. It’s perfect. The siren is beautiful in her despair. Please don’t be so hard on yourself. You are a truly talented artist. You are at the top with Nerdy Capybara and Maria Lazar. I’m sure you know and love their work. Well, you’re on the same level. Remember this! 🫶🏻
Thank you so much! I love Emily's (Nerdy Capybara) art! She is my spirit animal and we talk almost every day on Insta :D And I love Maria's videos. Her creations are spotless :) So that's a huge compliment for me ^_^
I LOVE this doll (as I do all of your creations) and I honestly thought the resin disaster and the way you fixed it showed so much dedication and technical skill on your part (even if we didn't see it on camera). I think the stand actually turned out amazing and I can't wait for your next video!
Every single “mistake” you made actually improved the overall complete figure. It’s like fate guided you to a perfect result. She is beyond gorgeous..........absolutely phenomenal! Don’t ever stop making these.
This is by far one of my favorite projects you have created. Watching you make a lonely siren in the winter popped an idea in my head of maybe you could create season sirens? Like a summer siren, autumn siren, and spring siren. I know it would be a lot of blood, sweat, and tears but your creativity and talent would surely make fantastic works of art.
Thank you so much ^_^ I always had a high level of self-criticism :) Sometimes it's not the best for my mental state, but as long as I am using it to improve - I am fine and still motivated :D
I think my favourite part has to be the lack of eyebrows. You made her so well and her expression so detailed that she didn't need eyebrows to look sad or miserable. Love your work!
Black sclera's are some of my favorites! I'm in love with this color palette. It's so interesting to see how you take the doll's apart and reposition them into dynamic poses so inspiring!💜 I'm spoiled today a bunch of my fav. doll customizer's dropped videos!
Fun fact: This video was uploaded on my birthday and I grew up loving and still do love mermaids and siren mythology so thank you for making my birthday even better❤
Your videos are my favorite doll customizations to watch! Absolutely love your creepy dolls, she looks stunning and your sculpting is amazing, you're a great artist!
Beautiful! You always manage to find a the perfect balance between beautiful and creepy! And thank you so much for sharing the hardships you faced with this one! Not only are they educational, but they help us realize that we can still make something wonderful if we persevere!!
Thank you so much! ^_^ It's a premise of this channel to not hide the mistakes :) They are a huge part of the journey after all, and I am not ashamed of the fact that I am still learning :)
The detail of this is insane. I can't say in words how stunning this is, the individual scales are beautiful, and the way the tale is curved and painted is amazing. I love her tears and eyes, It's amazing how much you can do. The hair is stunning, I love how it looks wet. The result is BEAUTIFUL I love the water and rocks
I can’t believe this woman doesn’t have millions of subscribers!!! This is my first time watching, but it won’t be my last! How entertaining to watch you make these profound creations!!!
This is GORGEOUS, and you made choices I would NEVER have thought of, but they work in its own unique way to make this one-of-a-kind project! I really hope you're proud of your work, this is incredible, brava!
This is gorgeous! It reminds me so much of a drawing i did decades ago as a teen. The mermaid I drew was not very Disney-like, more of an eldritch horror. She gazes upon a skeleton half buried in a hoard of gold, her fins tattered and her teeth sharp. ❤
Wow! This takes doll customisation to a whole other level! The amount of work you put into every detail is incredible! Although you can't see the tail the dark murky water really adds to the eeriness of the piece and it makes the skulls at the bottom look even more haunting.
Something that we may like, you say? Gosh, dear, there was plenty of it! To me personally it was about time someone came up with the idea of a creepy siren, instead of those girly, cute and voluminous-haired humanoids. Plus the whole concept is both romantic and obscure at the same time. Splendid job, Marzena!
Oh, this has got to be one of my favourite works from you yet, right up there with the Krampus and Jellyfish! I adore how truly melancholic she is, and her colour palette is utterly perfect for her. Wonderful job yet again!
I am knocked back on my heels by you calling this a simple project. As a first time viewer, I did NOT expect you to go half as far as you did, and it's all so stunning.
Thank you! I am a little proud of thinking about adding them as see urchins ^_^ Shame that they are not that visible anymore, but lucky that we have the video evidence that they are there XD
Hi. This video just had me in awe, from beginning to end. I loved the documentation of this doll and I am envious of your attention to detail. I would buy this if I could afford it lol. I'm thankful there are artists like yourself who keep us entertained. Wonderful work. Thank you for your art.
she's stunning! I actually LOVED the tears, I think it made her more captivating. Also can't believe you glued the scales one by one, that's insane! you're truly an artist. I loved the snow look too, it looks very beautiful and real
Your FABULOUS !! Do Not Stop Doing What You Do !!! This one is GREAT! as far as the darkness of the water .... Light it ! Put a light source shining through the water you can hide the lights around the base the shadows will be AWSOME on her Tail

25:51 just a cool hack i use myself in my paintings: if you mix cornstarch and/or granulated sugar into acrylic paints you can get basically this exact same texture!!
Using your thumb fingernail as a paint pallet is amazing. I also feel like i learned a lot about where and how to apply my own makeup for completely different enhancements and expressions
Wow!!! You are absolutely amazing. Your imagination, creativity & talent are on another level. I love your commentary & your dark humor. The best kind! Just awe inspiring. Thank you for sharing your art.

I think she is absolutely beautiful. And the tears, I love the way they turned out. Looks like true tears of sorrow. Your skills are amazing! Thank you for sharing. Love this!
“Satisfyingly miserable” was a beautifully dark oxymoron 👌🏼
:D Beautifully dark - that's my goal ^_^
Is that an oxymoron?
Unconventional conventionalists, are we?
It'd make a good band name. "Satisfyingly Miserable" sounds like a gothic industrial band.

The body blushinh just in this thumbnail is insane!!!
Glad you were able to salvage the resin... most of my resin goof-ups are just... beyond saving. **Thousand yard resin fail trauma stare**
That's my stare when I am thinking about my failed 3d prints :P

The tiny balls for the scales was TOTALLY WORTH IT. INCREDIBLE
The tears totally work. It's like they froze that way because on the weather. This is so gorgeous. This is my gravitate, hands down.
