Love task managers, great new feature! Would love to see a “Recurring Task” setting or “Repeat” option! For example, creating a List that would be “Weekly Service Prep” that has “Lyric slides assembled” set for Wednesdays and “tracks programmed” set for Thursdays, and each week or right after you check them off they reappear with a new due date attached!
Hello Is there a way to create recuring tasks linked to a specfic position? Let's say that I have a todo list for each position on a sunday service and I want each scheduled volunteers to use tasks inside planing center services to check each task while there a setting up on sunday morning.

Is there a way to be notified when a task is completed? Ex. Someone has a task to complete before the next person can complete their task, like with service planning, and want to keep the process moving.
Great question! Currently, you will only be notified when a Task is assigned to you by another person or you have been added as a Collaborator to a Task-but we've heard folks ask for more notifications around Tasks. It's on our radar!

Not just yet on the app. It is only accessible from the website, but you can try to access it for a mobile web browser, too!

Great question! Currently, our Tasks feature is free and does not change your pricing.

Great question! Anyone added or removed as a collaborator with Tasks will get an email and in-product notification.
Can we do this on the app?
Not in the current iteration, but we may offer Tasks in the app down the road! It's on our list to consider as a possible feature.
Can you assign a task to multiple people?
