Great question. When a list has already been created (assuming by someone else), that person would have needed to share the list with you or a certain permission level that you have, in order for you to edit the list. IF that person is no long with your church, you have the choice of either duplicating the list so that you can edit the new list OR you can contact Planning Center and ask them to manually make you the manager of the list. The former is much easier. If you're asking how to manually add individual people to an already created list, then the answer is you can't. You can only adjust the rules to allow people/profiles into the list based on the rules you create. Hope this helps!
@@clearpath-church this last part answered my question. I sometimes need to add a person to an already existing list. For one reason or another, they do not fall in the rules to automatically be on a list, but I need them there. It seems to be a miss that this can not be done. Hopefully this is something on the dockets to update.
How do you add people to a list that is already created ?
