I would really like a video like this. That is only 5 or 10 minutes long.

Is there way to add the weekly Sunday attendance? As a lump sum, not check-in each person.

The only way to accomplish this would be to create a list in the People product and then use automation to check people into an event based on the list. Here are two guides that can shed light on this:
      1. pcocheck-ins.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045231513-New-Check-in-with-People-Automations?
      2.pcopeople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204462530-Lists-Overview?
      Hope this helps!

Can Brandon see the pastoral notes we have made under his profile on the church center app or is it only viewable by the pasotral team?

Great question! Profile notes are for internal use only and are not viewable in Church Center or by anyone who does not have access to People. You can restrict certain Note categories to only specific people. Here are the details: pcopeople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/9728256883739-New-Permissions-for-Notes?

I am new. I don't even know how to get to the "people" section. I don't even know how to add "Brandon" in the system from the start.

It does depend on your permissions. If you would like, we can look closer at your account! pcopeople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?
