Good tutorial. There is a way to use a tablet at the lobby as an kiosk for the visitors to complete the form? If yes, there is a way to show one question/field per screen (like typeform)?
There isn't a way to display your questions on a single screen (like typeform or survey monkey) but you can use those 3rd party forms and then link them to Planning Center using a new add-on called "Form Forward". So when someone fills out your typeform, they can have the information ported directly into a People workflow for follow up later. You can check it out here: app.formforward.io/sign-up
Hey, I just found your channel and am super grateful for the content since I'm just starting to set up PC for our church. Just wondering if you plan to add the videos from the website series to RUclips. I would love to be able to save the whole "playbook" series as a playlist in RUclips rather than having to navigate through the website every time (and remember where I left off last time, etc). Either way, thank you for making these videos. I can already tell they will be an important resource for me in this project.
Thanks for the comment Scott. We will be adding some of the playbook videos here but also plan to add additional content to the RUclips channel that won't be found in the playbook series.
Sharing the QR code just directs people to the form. If the person has an account, they will be asked to login, if they do not, they can fill out the form and an account will be created. Hope that helps!

Hey Jason, thanks for the comment and question! Unfortunately, not at this time. Those fields are hard coded into the form.
