- Pentens T-200H UV Resistant Elastomeric PU Waterproofing Coating is based on a newly developed water-based polyurethane and acrylic polymers. It dramatically reduces solar heat absorption in either air-conditioned or non-air conditioned buildings. It takes the majority of the heat load off a building’s skin and reduces temperatures to approximately that of outside shade.
Uses
Pentens T-200H is a one-part elastomeric cross linking latex copolymer emulsion designed as exposed waterproofing coating on:

What is that white colored membrane you painted on. Are we supposed to assume apply directly to concrete? or have to buy/use that membrane? bingung
that's fibre cement board. you may directly apply to the concrete surface.
Hi, I applied T200H and added cement render on my bathroom wall (interior wall)(quite high, not possible to wet during use of bathroom). Not yet painted. Then last night, after overnight rain, I saw 2 patches of water droplets on the wall surface.
1. I only applied one layer of T200H. Is that the cause?
2. Can I directly apply T200H again on the 2 small patches? Or must I scrape off the cement render in the two patches first before reapplying T200H?
3. If I apply T200H directly on the 2 patches (without scraping off cement render), later, will there be any problem when I do painting? Can paint stick to the T200H coating?

First, T200H is meant to used for exposed aream and not suitable to have another cement render on top of it. However, for your case, I believe that you have to check the external walls/ balcony/ flat roof connected to this bathroom for the root cause.

T-200 is acrylic based. T-200H is acrylic mixed with PU. T-200H is better
In term of base resin ranking, you are correct.
Great video, what sealer can we use for patching hair line cracks?
For hairline cracks, you may use this Pentens T-007 cement modifier as primer. Another intermediate advice, you may dilute Pentens T-200H with -12 parts of water, and brush on the surface cracked lines and let it dry thoroughly. Thereafter, continue with you first coating of Pentens T-200H.
However, if the cracked lines are severe, you might need to hack it slightly and apply grouting cement before applying Pentens T-007 Cement Modifier.

Hello, For concrete/zinc roof, these set of pentens compare to SikaCoat -500 which better?
T200H is the enhanced version of T200. While Sika 500 comes with added fibre reinforcement. 2 different type of product.
I want to apply 'paint' in toilet. What is the different between epoxy paint.
Most of the videos I have watched, featuring epoxy resin with flakes to refurbish the entire toilet. You may use epoxy paint to paint the walls, but for floor tiles or long lasting, you have to apply "epoxy primer".
Tuan.. Sebelum saya guna cara tersebut. . Dinding atau lantai cocreate tersebut.. Perlu diplaster dulu atau sapu premier base dulu dan T200 sebelum dinding lantai diplaster.
Permukaan lantai concrete selepas diconcrete akan dilapiskan dengan cement render (campuran pasir & simen) untuk perlindungan dan juga water levelling, supaya air hujan akan menghala ke tempat pembuangan air. T200 jenis exposed.

Selepas diplaster dinding dan rander lantai. Saya akan sapu T200 x 2 layer. Kemudian saya akan sapu lagi lapisan ketiga x 2 layer dgn semin waterproffing sika 107 sebelum kerja2 tiles ..soalan kedua saya. Bolehke.. Lapisan semin waterproffing sika boleh melekat pada lapisan T200.

Selepas T107, kena render sebelum letak tiles.
Can be used on the floor like epoxy paint
Not recommended. Not suitable for high traffic.

It should be dry just like a painted surface. Did you mix thoroughly before applying? And, how many layers did you apply?

During rain time the floor not sticking i can walk like normal..during hot time or in the evening I cannot walk it’s sticking

@@navanithan516151 This shouldn't happen. Once dried, t200h will become an elastic membrane and should not be tacky. In this event, you may highlight this issue to Pentens (manufacturer).
Can I apply this and install tiles on top of it?
T200H is designed for exposed waterproofing. I would suggest first, using T-100 then cement render before applying tiles.

@@abeyus23 For concrete that is always exposed to the weather, I think the T-305 is much cheaper and more durable; since it is basically cement mixed with acrylic.

Hi, I am planning to apply t200 to my roof slab, may I ask if I still need to apply primer to the roof slab which has been waterproofed by t200 previously (waterproof about 1 year ago) ?
Or I can straightaway apply t200 without primer?
How is the surface at the moment? all good and T200 still intact? any sign of water leakages?
Just a few hairline cracks and t200 still well intact, no sign of water leakages.
Planning to apply again for purely prevention purpose.. Do you think it is necessary?

hi before i use this t-200h, what can i use seal the hairline cracks or holes?
can i use the t-200h or t-007 or awning silicone caulk?
For fine hair lines, you may use t007, or even diluted t200h to fill up the cavities. However, for severe damages, you may need to do grouting repairs.

@@ksyap2634 If you are referring to repairing concrete surface crack lines, I don't recommend XTS Awning & Roofing Caulk. At least, not for long term solution.
