I like Dickel 8 year bourbon and Dickel no. 12 whisky. Dickel no. 8 whisky was just okay. I didn't like Dickel 15 year at 40%abv but I've heard it's good at 50%abv or greater. I'll hoard Eagle Rare and Blanton's.
Have never been able to find the Early Times - totally agree on the Ezra Brooks - loved the 90 proof but I thought the 99 was very harsh and unpleasant. I like Eagle Rare for what it is- a decent 10 year old $40 or less bourbon - but Russell’s 10 year is comparable in specs and arguably better. No chance I would pay more than this.
@@Bshop007 Early Times Bottled in Bond just doesn't live up to the hype for me. I mean it's ok, but not spectacular. If you travel to Indiana, I've seen the JTS Brown there! But since Michigan is an open state, maybe your local liquor store can order from Heaven Hill

Wow Early Times, you surprised with that one lol, I want to try JTS brown but it’s not sold here. Happy 3 year anniversary 🎉🎉
