Here are some small corrections. - The MP7 shoots 4.6x30 caliber bullets and not 9mm. it's the only SMG to fire this bullet. - The B13 shotgun holds 9 shells, and not 8. - GA51 seems to be 1-2 torso shots for most suspects using AP ammo. I said it was 2 in the video, but you can down suspects in 1 torso shot with it as well. This depends on the map because some suspects have more HP so it will be 2 torso shots for those suspects.
Best optic is the in-game EOTech or Holosun. The bottom of the circle is for precise shots like when a suspect grabs a hostage. I keep everything on semi auto and use a light.
I use to use those sights. Most people like the SRO dot for it's cleaner look and red dot, while I prefer the laser, but yeah people are going to have different opinions on what they like/prefer for attachments.
@@Zaeld It's funny 'cause in real life I've sold every EOTech I've owned, and prefer red dot style, especially like the in-game T2 (got a real one on my 1301). My big complaint about the Aimpoints IRL is the battery life is shit.
@@immikeurnot I've never used one in real life, but i've used the red dot style optic. My cousin was in the army, so he has a bunch of rifles, optics/scopes, and stuff. He let me try some of his stuff. He has a sniper rifle too, but I never tried that yet because he didn't bring it. I just fired 5.56 and 7.62.
I would like to add onto the Eotech sight in game i think they call it a leotech but any particular reason why that sight has 2 dots so close together? ive always wondered that peculiarity, because i generally avoided it because of that and use the C10 instead which was kinda the same thing but just one dot inside the circle
That's so true about B1301 since M1014 was my first choice of a weapon and i ended up in the sky with my barrel dumping that thing out. I was so hyped about the 7.62 guns but sadly... despite the irl that round doesn't go through shit... I've tried to hit the target though walls and they can do it with Uzi 9mm when our bullets don't; only doors and some soft objects but that works for most calibers. I felt like it's such a missed oportunity... and we don't even have M1A/M14 just that SOCOM-16 thingy that has ugly rail on top that goes all the way of the barrel top, looking disgusting
For the 7.62 it depends on the wall, some material seems to definitely be harder for bullets to go through, but suspects seem to shoot through everything perfectly :c
Yes, I unfortunately realized that after I had already posted the video, so I couldn't correct it. That's the downside to making video guides :(. It's still classified as SMG tho, and It's still the best SMG regardless.
@@Zaeld The MP7 was made by heckler & koch as a response to nato asking for a personal defense weapon with an ammunition capable of beating kevlar body armor, it was beaten by it's competitor the FN P90, that's also why it's the only smg to fire this bullet, because the bullet itself is made by the same company who made the gun. H&K also had plans for a pistol (the UCP) which would have used that bullet but the idea was scrapped at the prototype stage.
Ready Or Not is one of the few games where you do NOT want to kill the enemies, so do NOT shoot them in the head. Unless you are on a kill mission, but in that case you can say your score good bye
Honestly after dark waters dlc .308 is MUCH more viable (not that it wasn't before, the sa58 was still a powerhouse). For whatever reason the ga51 seems to be the most controllable in full auto out of all .308 rifles even though it's the shortest and the lightest? It doesn't make much sense but I absolutely love how much power that thing packs in a compact little package. Also from my experience the ARN-18 seems to be the best assault rifle. It has very little recoil (I think even less than the g36) and a bit better damage than 5.56x45 rifles because it uses .300 blk. 3:28 a minor issue I noticed is that the mp7 doesn't use 9mm but rather its own 4.6x30mm. Another one is that you said .308 requires 2 torso hits to down a suspect, while that is sometimes the case it's much more often that one torso shot is enough to incap/kill them.
I actually forgot to cover the ARN, that's a pretty good gun to use as another option. The GA51 is 2 shots to down, the SA-58 is the only 7.62 caliber bullet to down in 1 torso, but it's not worth using. It's high recoil means that it's harder to shoot enemies down quickly and accurately at the same time like you can with the GA51 or even the 5.56s do a more reliable job. The 9mm mistake is a mistake that i realized after I had already posted the video, but it's still classified as a SMG, and i think it's the best SMG regardless of the bullet it shoots anyway.
@Vesper- i think you are right about the GA51 having potential to down in 1 torso shot a lot of the time, so I added that to my pinned thread. This seems to depend on the map because some suspects have more HP so it will be 2 torso shots for those suspects. Thanks for mentioning that.
Yeah, it has the same fire rate as the MP7 :). I think the SPC is the fastest firing SMG, it's fire rate is 1666, but the MP7 is the most versatile I found out of all the SMGs I used. It kills equally as fast, easy to control recoil, 40 magazine size (very nice for a SMG that shoots at 1000 firerate) and it's great for level 3 armor suspects as well.
There's some minor errors here- one I noticed is that when talking about the B1301 you say it has an 8 shell capacity; it actually has a 9 shell capacity, which you even demonstrate at 5:09
Yeah, I stick with semi auto unless I'm really close and using an SMG. I think the P90 is a lot better than the MP7, and for maps like Twisted Nerve, I like to run the MP9 because the suspects aren't wearing armor.
I wish they would buff Shotguns in Ready or Not. these guns feel very underwhelming it mostly requires a full magazine in close distance to kill an Suspect with armor. my personal favorite gun is the GA51.
I think that was the "th-grip" but yes, side angle is quite good as well. I was using it before and i liked it. EDIT: oh, i think you meant the -80% decrease to horizontal recoil for the side angle? If so, yes that's insane xD
I don't see how you canting should affect THEIR accuracy in the slightest, unless you're talking about leaning, in which case it's very plausible because your body is more horizontal than vertical, not to mention that usually the lower half of your body will be behind some sort of cover.
@@Vesper- the reason why im wondering is because when you aim at a suspect, it increases their stress level, making them more accurate and aggressive. i dont know if canting has the similar effect
They are both pretty much the same, but i' use the TH-grip now. I don't think it really matters much tho which one you choose, you definitely can't go wrong with either :D
Repeatedly Terrible Advice. The recommended AR’s….full-auto….all garbage advice. I think Call of Duty just came out with something new…you should probably go there
Thanks for showing people that you know absolutely nothing about this game. I bet you are the one that's busy playing call of duty lol. Full auto is better than semi when you properly control recoil as it allows you to survive against multiple suspects much easier. I've used both methods of control for years, and full auto always gave me the better results, but you need to be skilled at controlling recoil and the best way to do that is to practice on full auto.
