Can you post nail hacks or other things that are a must for beautiful hands and nail. I am using vitamin e and tea tree oil on my nails about three to four times a week but they taking so long to grow cause they breaking all the time. How long before they can get to normal again? I have naturally soft nails and they don’t grow long.
Your mom is lucky. For some people who have naturally strong healthy nails.. Even cutting them with scissors and not using cuticle oil will not affect them
Sometimes nail extensions help. Or use nail polish - sometimes it also helps. Just try not to bite them - this is the only way to outgrow beautiful nail beds
A police officer I worked with at my first job told me that he had always bitten his nails until his Father reminded him where his hands and his nails had been all day (wiping his butt in the bathroom, working in the dirt in his garden, etc.), every day! Vinny and I agreed with each other that the minute one of us had their nails in their mouth, the other would remind the offender where his or her nails and hands had been (especially the bathroom routine). We were both successful and had beautiful nails! I was in a automobile accident and, due to meds I had been given, my very long, very hard nails all broke below the quick. I reverted to acrylic nails, then switched to gel nails as the damage isn't as bad as the damage done by acrylics. Thanks to the Coronavirus Pandemic, I couldn't get my nails filled. I am now trying to grow my natural nails and my hair! My nails are looking better, but they grow to the tips of my fingers, then they split and break. I refuse to give up! I'm using vaseline to massage and nourish my cuticles and nail beds. I then use Nail Magic Nail Strengthener/Hardener to help them strengthen up and not peel or split! I have asked my husband to remind me about where my hands have been every time he sees me with my fingers near/in my mouth! So far, so good!
