I guess I am not the only one. I try to record video of me doing perfect procedure in vr, and everytime I take off, I see it unarmed, and go damn it!

@@ChickentNug If the server is any good(has a good player count) they would most likely have a discord link in the briefing.
A good example would be the 162nd Vipers. They seem to always have the most player count on all DCS servers

There’s already been some crossover. Digby and Drewski have both been at various Arma 3: SOG Prairie Fire events with each other.
A ZF DCS Video would probably be the pinnacle of my RUclips experience...

It's impress me everytime, what hard work you put in your videos, sometimes I think they are short films and today it's showed us again how impressive you are and I wanna thank you for your work. What if you took a piston engine plane like a P-51 or P-47 and tried to put it in a normal server. It would be an odd experience with missiles in the air, but doable. The problem is finding a server with jets and propeller planes. It also would have been better if a certain crazed Brit said, "Smoke in the air!" rather than, "Missile, missile, missile!"
Flashpoint Levant does have Mosquito slots, which would be extremely fitting for Digby.
The 107th TTI server has a dedicated area for war birds and helicopters to play and the rules state no jets without permission. On the Caucuses map it's all the way in the south east and like a 200 mile trip with an aircraft span and usually a deep strike in the way to get there in a jet.

One day. I will start playing DCS more. Learn the MiG-29. Then enter impossible combat with F-18s and F-16s in the mountains by being a sneaky boi. Drewski has literally inspired me to play DCS like Metal Gear. I love it.
Also going inverted over the mountains is way more fun than it legally should be.
mig29 feels pretty wonky to fly imo. also need to get used to the strange radar system that it and the su27 use
@@RailgunCyclops yeah for me the thing just does not want to go down when it's up right at all, i basically have no other option but to go inverted, but the Radars easier to get down.

Was alot of fun watchin you guys then, and now from your perspective.
Ralfi, devil dog and drew, experienced hornet pilot here, there is a strange bug in the current hornet version regarding CCIP delivered weapons. In the HSI page top left corner change POS/AINS for POS/GPS. This should result in accurate CCIP delivered weapons like mk20s and Zuni rockets.
Yo man I’ve been wrestling with this exact problem for months! But the GPS fix didn’t really do it for me. Am I dropping them too low or high perhaps? Or at the wrong angle? Do you know what the optimal alt and att is for dropping the bombs?
@@mr_sandman108220-25 angle is a good gold standard. Start the bomb run from atleast 2000m. I go For 2500 m so i have time to lineup. You can try steeper angles like 30 or 40 because they are even More accurate but just remember that you still have to pull up. If this doesnt work you just have to drop The bombs late because of the bug. Estimating the late drop is hard but you willl get used to it im still a noop at the game but i hope this helps!

I found this channel like few weeks ago and ive been watching alot of your vids so far.
As I was watching this an f-18 that was heading to the local airshow flew over
I made an almost identical valley-run after watching Maverick except you have to continue under the bridge in mine to get completely disrespected by the Admiral Kuznetsov.
It is truly amazing how quickly that ship can swat your Harpoons or GBs and start launching at you.

You don't aero brake in the hornet.
HARM Self-Protect mode (combined with the PULLBACK feature) is designed for low-altitude close-in threats. It provides 360 degree coverage based on the highest threat. Yes, I said 360 degrees. The missile can shoot at targets behind you.
Drewski I am your biggest fan, and I would love to meet you someday, you are the beast in DCS World. I do have a couple questions for you and anybody else who was played DCS. 1: I currently own the F-16, F/A-18, and the SU-33, what plane should I get next? Hopefully it's American, I'm proud to be one. 2: Could you make more F-14 vids, I would love more of those. Anyway, keep up the good work Drewski, the DCS gamer world needs you. ;)
Bought the F-14 and have been plinking tanks for a week, the 18x Mk-82's are amazing and the 2x GBU-10s and TALD's to penetrate sam networks are amazing. I recommend using the 3x or 6x TALD's on the F/A-18 because they work wonders in depleting the ammo of the SA-11's etc.
