Thank you for sharing your family history that’s amazing to learn about their travels and many where they were born. Love your new pattern. Have a wonderful week and hopefully you film about your travels to Florida. 😊🧵🪡🤗🤩
Reading handwritten letters written by someone you knew brings history to life! We've had to postpone our Florida trip but hope to go in a couple of weeks now. Drew wants to film while we're there!
Still no snow here. I enjoyed all the historical things you shared. That letter is a treasure. All your stitches are beautiful. Love the new spring one! Have a fun and safe trip.
We're getting more snow right now. And they keep saying blizzard conditions. I think the blizzard is getting close, it's getting harder to see the road from the living room window.
Great video! Interesting hearing about the mud house and traveling in covered wagons. Boy how times have changed. Your stitching and patterns are great. I live in the panhandle of FL. Hope you have a great trip.
I just discovered your channel and your patterns. I love you designs and have already ordered some. I watched your first video and this one, and plan on watching the ones in between. We sure have alot of common hobbies!!
My mom was born on the prairie in Montana in 1918. My grandpa came to Montana in a covered wagon. He was a homesteader. He actually was from.Rockford Iowa.
We're getting more snow right now. And the cold temperatures are heading our way too. We stocked up on extra chicken bedding yesterday so we can keep the girls toasty!
We haven't seen snow like this in a lot of years. And we're supposed to be getting more today along with blizzard conditions. I can enjoy it knowing I don't have to go anywhere. But I worry about my kids and everyone who has to try to make it to work.
I love your Spring pattern. We've had 3" of snow here in west central Missouri. It's very pretty but I'm not a fan of the snow and cold. Is there a reason that you dye with coffee and walnut shells instead of just one or the other? I haven't tried to dye any fabric yet. I'm afraid I will not like my results and ruin the fabric. Have a safe and fun trip.
I used to always dye with coffee, then I experimented with walnut crystals. Then I tried both together. It just depends on my mood at the time as to what I use. I like to experiment. I understand being afraid to try, it's kind of scary at first! Now it's just something I always do. I never know exactly what result I'm going to get but I've never been disappointed!
I am always interested in family history, thank you for sharing. I chuckle as I watch Drew's facial expressions as you talk.
Drew is very good at talking with his eyes!
Very pretty new charts. Trying to finish my winter things and then get ready for spring stitching. Have a great trip.
Thank you! I've been thinking spring stitching too!

I've always been fascinated by covered wagons and it was fun to see that Great Grandpa Ward had traveled in one!

I love knowing family history. It makes it more relatable I think. Covered wagons have always fascinated me. Our ancestors were definitely tough!
Minnesota will be getting more snow and cold temperatures this weekend. Have a great trip to Florida. Awesome projects.

14” of snow? 😳 Wow we don’t get much snow here in Central Indiana, we used to but not so much lately. Enjoy the warmth of Florida & have a safe trip.

We may be related. My mom's maiden name is Ward! I love the sod house story. How cool that you found that letter. I love the patterns!
Well, that's interesting! I wonder if we are related somehow? I know there's lots of Wards but you never know!
