I love frittata I make mine with thin slices of onion and zucchini and garlic saute 8 eggs and pecorino cheese yummy. Thank you for sharing Pasquale have a blessed day stay safe and healthy. I'm making this recipe yummy. 😋😋😋🙏❤🙏❤🙏
Nice thing about frittata is you can use whatever you have in the fridge, I put my frittata under the broiler after the stove top and it's done in about 2 minutes. Sometimes I put extra cheese on top first.
My favorite Personal chef I love when he puts his recipes out that I know what I’m making and this is one of them because it’s so hot with a nice salad and semolina bread. I love you so much you could smell weed cooking in my house and I just love the way it smells so thank you honey so much. Love you.❤
8 eggs with salt, pepper, 1/4c half & half - whisk together & add fontina cheese shredded - 400F oven - sauté chopped shallot in skillet with oil - add drained jarred artichokes sauté 5min - then add the egg mixture to oven safe skillet low heat with cover 9min - transfer to oven until good color
