By seafood you mean fish and shrimp from the sea? You do know that freshwater fish and shrimp are tastier and have a sweeter flavour. Our community, Bengalis, have fish at every meal. But, till a few generations ago, when freshwater fish was so abundant, never touched fish etc from the sea. Was considered inferior, akin to garbage.

@@klubberzvonhatzenbuhl563 Gosh, wish I had googled Seafood first. Though it does seem wrong to paint it all with the same brush. Anyway, I guess those who really care know the difference. The others are happy if they like the taste. There are very few people like my parents, grandparents, etc who could tell what fish it is with a blind taste. Any fish that was eaten in Bengal.
I have made many of this wonderful man's dishes for me and my girlfriend. We have loved every one of them!

Pasquale….how long to bake the first time you place in oven? Looks great!
Harry, I myself was curious. I think it's when bread crumps get golden. Shrimp cooks fast. 5-10 minutes tops. He looked and said a little bit more when butter put on for butter to melt. Love this man.
