They didn’t need a DNA test.. Absolute carbon copies of each other. Also thanks to the other man who raised a beautiful & humble daughter.
Noooo they for sure do. Especially if the mother has been with more than one man. Within 72 hours of conception, even if the other man may not have been the father some of his DNA could’ve still been passed on to Neshay. I’m only speaking because of experience, and thank God I have a mother that was honest and has changed her life completely for the better. I was always told I look EXACTLY like the guy who I was previously told was my father. My mom says I look more like him than my biological father… and then I see my biological siblings 😂

Once you see 49% match, that should tell you that it’s your father right there. We get 50% from each parent.
Yeah I was confused at how a 50% match was interpreted as a cousin. I think cousin would be about 10%
Yeah that didn't even make sense, on AncestryDNA when it tells you what percentage of DNA you share, it also gives suggestions for likely relationship based on the amount. At 50% DNA shared, the site would have surely said parent-child as the #1 prediction with a lot of confidence
The mom’s excitement while he was discussing their connection was uncomfortable to watch. She was too excited to relive her h** days! So sad also for the other man involved who loved her as his biological child! 😔 I’m so happy for the mom and dad!
It's a shame the mother is not embarrassed to have misled her daughter. I hope the daughter continues to love the Father who brought her up
It was the only time she was really "in the moment" and excited during this interview clip. She was dismissal of her child but leaned in and lit up about her ex-lover. He seemed past and embarrassed by his misspent younger days. He tuned out her shenanigans and focused on his newly found daughter as a family man.
She was trying so hard to make the show about her. Even her reaction after reading the results was over the top! She knew that man was a possibility or was her father!

On one hand, it's great that she knows the truth and can build a relationship with a bio father (who seems to be a great guy and completely open to embracing her as a daughter). On the other hand, I can't help but to feel horrible for the man who's loved and cared for her for nearly three decades. I just hope that she can balance and make peace with her new normal of having two dads. Though it may hurt to find out this truth, I suppose it's better to have two loving dads than zero; too many kids deal with the latter scenario.
I hope the first Dad, will be able to cope with the situation, considering the fact that he has been there all the time

Update: See Owens Entertainment's comment. It appears that the man initially believed to be her father hasn't been in her life for many years due a severe drug addiction. In which case, this young lady gets a new opportunity to bond with her biological father who is of sound mind and body. It's the ultimate second chance to get the father she deserves.

I actually met Michael in the grocery store in the city that we live in, and when I first met him, he was such a great guy, and we exchanged information and everything in a week, got caught up into our busy lives, lol so we reconnected recently and he showed me this video and I just checked it out. And I am ecstatic for him and for her. The good thing is that despite what her mother had to go through and what she felt her mother put her through, she turned out to be a beautiful woman, and she turned out to be someone who has a bright future. But she was blessed to have found her biological father, who is a successful man, who is a good man who is not a deadbeat, and still welcomes her because he didn’t know, but still wants to step up. But she also has the man who raised her, and the man and woman who takes care of you is mom and dad. That’s the way that I was raised. So now she has two fathers. Good for you.🤗

The same feeling I got about the mother. She probably made her oldest daughter take care her youngest siblings and was abusive toward her because she knew her daughter was a fatherless child. Just a narcissist, evil mother.

This episode hit home for me I found my father obituary on google looking for him. I seen he was married I instantly messaged her that was 13 years ago it was a blessing I gained another mother and siblings! My stepmother has accepted me ever since I sent her the first message about my father

I never disliked my father and he reminded me a lot of her father, looks and everything, but my father and mother’s bitterness was to my detriment and I never got a chance to bond with him the way I wanted to.
