Pap-Pap is so excited he couldn’t even stop looking at her stomach 🤣🤣 He did such a great job as a single parent.. He gave more love and sacrifices that even children in 2 parent households don’t even receive.. I’m so happy he has had the opportunity to fulfill a legacy of unconditional love in his actual bloodline.. That grand baby is gonna be so loved and spoiled 🥰

Respect is earned, not demanded. Going to prison and doing drugs is abandonment. Acknowledging wrongdoing is the mother's only hope for a relationship. Cutting off toxic people is healthy. I am speaking from experience as a mother and grandmother.

LEAVE HER ALONE! at this point i think the daughter in the clip talking to her mom and disrepecting her and stuff, its disgusting tbh. if youre going to heal?HEAL! but if you want someone to take anger out on, dont even bother!!
The daughter is not disrespecting her by telling her truth and trying to explain how she feels. She never gets a chance cause her mom has excuses and cannot acknowledge what she did. I get I have the same thing going on. They go from I’m sorry next day they say it wasn’t my fault or I wasn’t there. It almost like they want the child to be on the same level as them. Deep down they don’t want the children to be happy or be in their own reality everyone needs to believe the mom she is more important than the kids. It’s sick behavior to deny a person their truth.

My mom was a functional crack addict for most of my life. I don’t remember the year I knew but I remember my middle sister told me. I preferred to live with my grandparents so she took my two sisters and moved in the projects. Her house was raided a few times and she was kicked out and came back to stay with my grandparents. I came from school and there she was. All my things had been moved to a corner. Pretty soon I was kicked out my room and slept on my grandparents bedroom floor amongst the rats and roaches. At 1^ I was accepted to State for College and very rapidly got out. My mom died of a drug overdose. She kept a job, never lived on the street and never exploited us girls. This always surprises me.

Me too! I was denied mines, and she didn't even raise me either. I have younger siblings that I've never meet. Only seen on Facebook and I've been trying to build a bond with my sister, we're both 48 yet its harder now that she's moved to Florida whereas NY was only 3 hours from me.

I have never been so happy for someone I didn’t know 😢....I felt the part when she said I don’t like being around people,simply because when you grow up around toxic people you rather be alone. Dad came to rescue 🙏🏽God bless them and the new baby my mom is alive but I would not miss her if she was gone because she was never a mom she just gave birth.
In the second story, the mom wasn't really trying to understand where her daughter was coming from and refused to hear her.Momma had every excuse for why her actions towards her daughter was justified 🙄
The mom was supposed to be quiet listen, take accountability then explain her perspective.
the "I'm mom" stuff is so disrespectful. The way she just wants her daughter to accept the way her mom treats her is crazy. I honestly feel like even though a lot of things were said, the mother's perspective hasn't really changed despite the act she played up.
How are you gonna say you didn't abandon your daughter in the same breath saying you were in aand out of prison. You have TO EARN the right to be called mama

Good for her. Somebody rescued her from her abusive mom. Nobody saved me. Nobody cared about me. And I’m sure other girls never have been saved from neglect and abuse.
I was physically, verbally and mentally abused by my mother. Foster care saved us! My last 3 years in high school with our foster parents was the best I've had since I was with my grandparents and aunt.
The mama do not want to be held accountable on here

"I'm Momma!" Your title doesn't give you respect. Respect gets respect back. Momma doesn't respect her daughter. She wants to not be held accountable for her actions because of who she is. She doesn't want a conversation, she wants to just drop it because of who she is. Daughter just wants to be told "I'm sorry for my actions and how they've affected you. I'm doing the work." She needs to continually take accountability, not just say okay on the show.

He found he's a father and a grandfather on the same day!!!❤❤❤❤ I went through what this girl went through only my stepfather since I was four was my abuser at 15 and it lasted until I was 18 or 19. My boyfriend of four years did for me at 31 what her father did for her at 10. He came in my life so unexpectedly when I was at my lowest. Sleeping on the floor at a friend's house after leaving another abusive relationship of five years, working my butt off to make my life work. I didn't have a car but he drove me to work everyday and would never let me pay him. We had the same friends so we were always around each other. One day driving me from work he told me that he thinks loves me, but I didn't think I was worthy cause of all the physical/sexual abuse I've suffered. Although he had a loving family, and a home on some acres, I would find him sleeping at the edge on my blankets on the floor with me. I didn't even think I deserved someone like him. After a year on the floor I saved enough to move out and he asked if we could start a life together. He put me in therapy and drove me to every session. He's helped gain so much confidence that I've been able to just be. I went back to school, became a CNA, cleaned up my credit, and in three years, I'll be a nurse. He's helped me realize that I can have a beautiful life and that I can accomplish anything. Almost five years later and his love is the fuel that lights all my fires. Dad & mom will NOT receive invites to the wedding. ❤😘

I am so glad I saw this episode. I was feeling down. Im in recovery from childhood trauma. It has been so tough trying to heal I have often felt hopless. This happy ending gave me hope and lifted my spirits.

Now about the having the baby part is not her mom's responsibility to make sure that she had a place to stay because she got pregnant by a man that she was obviously dating at some point the mom did say the grandson always has a room there which I definitely understand I understand people go through things in life but if you are grown enough to be having sex and having babies than you grown enough to try to figure some things out instead of running back home when things get hard
