So, why would she be surprised that her dad cheated on her mom with her brother's mom? The dad seems like a good father to the children he knew about and has the potential to be a good father to his newly discovered son with whom he's already bonded. However, he needs to chill out defending his behavior with women in his youth. That's water under the bridge at this point. This moment should be ALL about the son who hasn't been a focus.

I’m sorry but his father doesn’t seem like a good person. His response to the reveal wasn’t gratitude, joy, or to make space for his son’s feelings. His response was to overshadow the moment with his need to defend himself and deflect blame towards the mother. Why did he care so much about what an audience of strangers thought. When his two children were trying to process the information and their feelings. Then when Karamo said he was happy for them, the father said “ I’m happy for him “. Uh Sir, are you not happy for yourself? Honestly, just based on the energy of the family I believe if these man was raised around his father he would not have turned out so good.
